In panoramic radiography in the mandibular left first molar region, a mixed lesion of radiolucent-radiopaque with a corticated borderwas seen. Small swelling was observed in this area. Microscopically, the diagnosis of osseous dysplasia with odontoma for the lesion was confirmed.
