Abstract
Introduction: Immunological processes play an important role in recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA). According to studies, T lymphocytes and natural killer cells(NK cells) are two effective cell groups in RSA. The aim of this study was to study the percentage and absolute number of natural killer(NK) cells in women with RSA of unknown etiology.
Methods: A total of 24 women with history of recurrent abortions of unknown etiology were studied and their peripheral blood NK cell counts were compared with a group of fertile patients.
Lymphocytes from peripheral blood were isolated by ficoll paque density centrifugation. Lymphocytes were stained using anti CD56, (FITC)-anti CD16 and CYQ-CD3 monoclonal antibodies for identification of NK cells. Anti CD56 and(FITC)-anti CD69 were used for detection of activated NK cells. BD FACS caliber flow cytometry was used for data analysis.
Results: On the basis of the obtained results, absolute number of CD16+56+ cells were significantly higher in Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)as compared to the control group(P= 0.43). The absolute number of CD16+56 bright cells was also high in RSA(P=0.00). There was no significant difference in CD16+56dim cell count between RSA and control group(P= 0.08). In RSA, the absolute number of CD69+ cells was significantly high(P=0.02). Results also showed a significant increase in the absolute number of CD56+/CD69+ cells in RSA (P=0.04).
Conclusion: The higher percentage of NK cells in peripheral blood of RSA patients as compared to the control group may indicate the same increase in number and cytotoxicity of uterine NK cells.

Methods: In this study, a comprehensive overview of the articles was conducted in English and Persian. In order to search for articles in Persian, we used Iranian databases SID, IranMedex and Magiran and to search for English articles, we use Proquest, PubMed, Ovid, Science Direct, EBSCO, MD consult Cochrane Library, Sciruse, and Google Scholar.
Conclusion: Sexual function is like a cycle and various factors affect on it. Among the various factors that affect the person's tendencies, sexual function and behavior, it can point out to the other factors such ass physiological, anatomical, psychological, socio-cultural, economic-political factors, etc. Understanding the sexual experiences of women during the postpartum period will have an important role in the maintaining of the family health and also establishing the natural and instinctive relationships. Therefore, attention to the sexual health should be one of the main components of cares in order to taking a step to resolve women's problems

Abstract
Introduction: The prevalence of childhood high blood pressure is rising fast. The possibility of high blood pressure augments with increasing body mass index (BMI), inappropriate dietary intake and lifestyle problems. The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between blood pressure, body mass index, life style and dietary habits in children and adolescents aged 6 - 18 years in Tabriz, Iran.
Methods: The present study was a cross-sectional study. Using data of the Sib software (the software used in the health transformation system) were collected. This data includes anthropometric information, some demographic factors, dietary intake and lifestyle of 425 children and adolescents with overweight and obesity. The data were analyzed by STATA software (MP 4.2 potable 2017).
Results: The association between systolic blood pressure and dairy products (P = 0.02), watching TV / PC (P = 0.041), BMI quarter (P <0.001), BMI (P <0.001),and age (P <0.001) as well as the association between diastolic blood pressure with BMI quarter (P <0.001), BMI (P <0.001) and age (P <0.001) was statistically significant and the other variables did not show a meaningful statistical relationship.
Conclusion: Age, BMI, less dairy consumption, and watching TV/PC has a relationship with high blood pressure. Therefore, nutritionists and health workers should consider the above considerations when making recommendations in children and adolescents with overweight and obesity.

Abstract
Introduction: Proper dental education and meeting the needs of society and the need to change the educational method towards comprehensive patient care becomes more apparent. This study was conducted to investigate the views of faculty members of dental schools towards patient-centred education in dentistry.
Methods: In this cross-sectional descriptive study, the views of 325 professors of all dental schools in Iran in 2020 were reviewed. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire containing the dimensions and components of patient-centred dental education. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Friedman test, Smart PLS application with confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyse the data.
Results: In this study, the dimensions of patient-centred dental education, including student efficiency, evaluation, educational strategies, participation power, patient, planning and management and structure preparation were studied. Each dimension was examined from the perspective of its components .The results obtained from the confirmatory factor analysis test showed that the amount of factor loads obtained for all components is more than 0.3 and (P<0.05) with values greater than 1.96 and the value of combined reliability for most components is greater than 0.7. Evaluation dimension with an average rank of 5 was in the highest and the patient with an average rank of 2.88 in the lowest and the component need to change the evaluation process with an average rank of 9.15 was in the highest and satisfaction with an average rank of 4.98 in the lowest.
Conclusion: Paying attention to the average dimensions and components, which was higher than average, indicates that the professors consider comprehensive patient-centred education suitable for dental education; and the components need to be considered in dental education.
