Introduction: A highly motivated workforce is considered a fundamental determinant of societal development. Job satisfaction encompasses individuals’ perceptions and evaluations of their work and reflects the overall positive attitudes and feelings they hold towards their job. Recognizing issues, challenges, levels of job satisfaction, and attitudes of faculty members toward their academic fields is an important responsibility of the national higher education system, as these findings can inform strategies for improving existing condition. Following data collection, the information was entered into SPSS version 16. The Kolmogorov–Smirnov normality test was then used to assess the distribution of job satisfaction scores. Because the data were normally distributed, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the independent-samples t test were applied for statistical analysis.
