fa بررسی ارتباط شاخص‌های پیکرسنجی با آنزیم‌های کبدی در زنان و مردان شاغل Investigating the Relationship between Anthropometric Indices and Liver Enzymes in Employed Men and Women فیزیولوژی Physiology پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: امروزه، سندرم متابولیک (MetS) به یک بحران بزرگ بهداشت عمومی تبدیل شده است که زندگی افراد زیادی را در سراسر جهان تهدید میکند. بسیاری از مطالعات قبلی ارتباط بین MetS و شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریک را بررسی کرده‌اند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین شاخص‌های تن‌سنجی با آلکالین فسفاتاز (ALP)، آلانین آمینوترانسفراز (ALT) و آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز (AST) انجام شده است. روش بررسی: در پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی حاضر، تعداد 108 مرد و زن شاغل با دامنه سنی 28 تا 53 سال به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. شاخص‌های پیکرسنجی، شامل؛ قد، وزن،شاخص توده بدنی (BMI)، دور کمر (WC)، دور کمر به باسن (WHR) و دور کمر به قد (WHtR) اندازه‌گیری شد. مقادیر آنزیم‌های ALT، AST و ALP از طریق خون‌گیری و به‌صورت ناشتا اندازه‌گیری گردید. هم‌چنین از نرم‌افزار SPSS version 16 و آزمون‌ضریب هم‌بستگی پیرسون برای تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج آزمون هم‌بستگی پیرسون بین شاخص‌های پیکرسنجی و آنزیم‌های کبدی نشان داد که بین BMI، WC، WHR و WHtR با آنزیم ALT (SGPT) هم‌بستگی مثبت معناداری وجود دارد (0/05< P). به‌علاوه این نتایج نشان داد که بین WHR با هر سه آنزیم ALT، AST و ALP هم‌بستگی مثبت معناداری وجود دارد (0/05< P). بین WC با آنزیم AST هم‌بستگی مثبت معناداری مشاهده شد (0/05P <‌). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده، شاخصWHR  توانایی بیشتری برای پیش‌بینی افزایش آنزیم‌های ALT، AST و ALP در زنان و مردان شاغل دارند.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Nowadays, metabolic syndrome (MetS) has emerged as a major public health issue that endangered the lives of numerous individuals worldwide. Many previous studies have investigated the relationship between MetS and anthropometric indices. This study focused on investigating the relationship between anthropometric indices with alkaline phosphatase (ALP), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST). Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, 108 employed men and women with an age range of 28 to 53 years were selected as participants. Anthropometric indices, including height, weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) and waist-to-height ratio (WHtR), were recorded. The levels of ALT, AST and ALP enzymes were measured through fasting blood samples. The results were also analyzed using SPSS version 16 and Pearson's correlation coefficient test. Results: The results of the Pearson correlation test between anthropometric indices and liver enzymes indicated a significant positive correlation between BMI, WC, WHR and WHtR with the ALT (SGPT) enzyme (P < 0.05). Furthermore, these results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between WHR and all three enzymes ALT, AST and ALP (P < 0.05). A significant positive correlation was observed between WC and AST enzyme (P < 0.05).
