fa بررسی هیستوپاتولوژی کلیه در موش های صحرایی دریافت کننده متامفتامین همزمان با مصرف بربرین هیدروکلراید و فعالیت هوازی Investigation of Kidney Histopathology in Rats Receiving Methamphetamine Simultaneously with Berberine Hydrochloride and Aerobic Exercise علوم تشریح Anatomy پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: با اهتمام به گستردگی سوءمصرف متامفتامین و تظاهرات مخرب آن و اهمیت فیزیولوژیک اندام کلیه در هموستاز بدن بر آن شدیم تا مطالعه حاضر را به انجام برسانیم. روش بررسی: چهل سر موش صحرایی بصورت تصادفی به پنج گروه مساوی کنترل، متامفتامین، متامفتامین با ورزش، متامفتامین با بربرین هیدروکلراید، متامفتامین با ورزش و بربرین هیدروکلراید تقسیم شدند. القاء متامفتامین به صورت داخل صفاقی mg/kg 15 به مدت ۴ روز هر ۱۲ ساعت و بربرین هیدروکلراید  mg/kg100 درون صفاقی به مدت ۴ هفته روزانه بوده است. تمرین هوازی به صورت دویدن روی تردمیل جوندگان به مدت ۸ هفته با شدت فراینده انجام شد. ۲۴ ساعت بعد از آخرین تمرین و دریافت بربرین هیدروکلراید، بعد از وزن‌کشی، بر اساس دستورالعمل‌های کمیته اخلاق، بافت کلیه استخراج و با میکروسکوپ نوری ارزیابی شد. نتایج: در گروه متامفتامین کوچک شدگی قطر گلومرول، پرخونی و بی نظمی بافتی رخ داده و سلول‌های لوله پیچیده نزدیک و دور تحلیل داشتند. در گروه متامفتامین با ورزش کوچک شدگی قطر در برخی گلومرول‌ها رویت و تغییرات پرخونی و افزایش قطر عروق وجود داشت. در گروه متامفتامین و بربرین هیدروکلراید کوچک شدگی گلومرولی و افزایش فضای ادراری دیده شد. در گروه متامفتامین، ورزش و بربرین هیدروکلراید تعداد و اندازه گلومرول‌ها و فواصل بین آن‌ها طبیعی و بدون بی‌نظمی بود. نتیجه‌گیری: این بررسی نشان داد ورزش هوازی و بربرین هیدروکلراید هر دو می‌توانند اثرات مخرب هیستوپاتولوژیک ناشی از متامفتامین بر کلیه را کاهش دهند و لذا به نظر می‌رسد چنانچه همزمان استفاده شوند، بتواند اثرات محافظتی بهتری ایجاد نماید.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Given the widespread issue of methamphetamine addiction and its damaging effects, coupled with the crucial role of the kidneys in maintaining bodily equilibrium, we chose to undertake this study. Methods: Forty rats were randomly divided into five equal groups: control, methamphetamine, methamphetamine with exercise, methamphetamine with berberine hydrochloride, and methamphetamine with both exercise and berberine hydrochloride. The administration of methamphetamine at a dose of 15 mg/kg intraperitoneally for a duration of 4 days every 12 hours and berberine hydrochloride 100 mg/kg intraperitoneally for a duration of 4 weeks daily has been conducted. Aerobic exercise was performed in the form of running on a rodent treadmill for 8 weeks with moderate intensity. Twenty-four hours following the final exercise and administration of berberine hydrochloride, kidney tissue was extracted and examined under a light microscope, in accordance with the ethics committee's guidelines. Results: In the methamphetamine group, the glomerulus diameter decreased, hyperemia and tissue disorganization occurred, and the cells of the proximal and distal convoluted tubules were atrophied. In the methamphetamine group, with exercise, there was a decrease in diameter in some glomeruli and changes in hyperemia and an increase in the diameter of blood vessels. In the group treated with methamphetamine and berberine hydrochloride, there was a noted shrinkage of glomeruli and an increase in urinary space. In the group receiving methamphetamine, exercise, and berberine hydrochloride, the quantity and size of glomeruli as well as  the spaces between them, were normal and without irregularities.
