fa ارزیابی گذشته‌نگر پرونده‌های قصور بالینی ثبت‌شده در استان البرز طی سال‌های 1397-1390 Retrospective Assessment of the Clinical Negligence Claim Cases Filed in Alborz Province from 2010-2017 دندانپزشکی Dental پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: شکایات دندانپزشکی مانند شکایات پزشکی در سطح جهانی در حال افزایش است. این پژوهش به بررسی پرونده‌های شکایات دندانپزشکی استان البرز به منظور یافتن عوارض و مشکلات شایع پرداخته است. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه مقطعی، کلیه پرونده‌های موجود مربوط به شکایات دندانپزشکی در سازمان نظامپزشکی استان البرز در بازه زمانی 8 ساله بین سال‌های 1390 تا 1397 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماریversion 16  SPSS بررسی شدند و از آزمون کای دو برای بررسی ارتباط استفاده شد. سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج: اطلاعات مربوط به 147 پرونده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بیشترین میزان شکایت از دندانپزشکانی در رده سنی 35 تا 45 سال ثبت شده بود. میزان شکایت از دندانپزشکان مرد بیش از دندانپزشکان زن بود (0/001>p). از بین پروندهها، 75/5% علیه دندانپزشکان عمومی بود و بیشترین پروسه درمانی مورد شکایت، معالجه ریشه با 34% بوده است. متخصصین جراحی با 38/9% بیشترین و متخصصین پریودانتیکس با 2/8% کمترین تعداد شکایات را به خود اختصاص دادند. بیشترین انگیزه شکایت مربوط به تادیب پزشک با 54/2 درصد و پس از آن خسارت مالی با 44/3 درصد بود. نتیجه‌گیری: موارد منجر به حکم قصور همچنان بخش زیادی از شکایات را تشکیل می‌دهند. اگر دندانپزشکان از موارد قانونی و اخلاقی مربوط به حرفه خود آگاه باشند، می‌توانند از ایجاد شکایات جلوگیری کنند. بدین منظور بازنگری در شیوه آموزش دانشجویان در مسائل کلینیکی و قانونی و اخلاقی می‌‌تواند موثر واقع گردد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Dental complaints are increasing globally, similar to medical complaints. This study assessed clinical negligence claim cases filed in Alborz province to identify common complications and problems. Methods: This cross-sectional study examined all existing files related to dental complaints in the medical system organization of Alborz Province between 2010 and 2017.The data were analyzed using SPSS-16 statistical software and a Chi-square test was used to determine the relationships. A significance level of 0.05 was considered. Results: Information from 147 cases was examined. The highest number of complaints came from dentists in the 35 to 45 age group. The complaints were higher for male dentists compared to female dentists (p<0.001). Among the cases, 75.5% were against general dentists with the most common complaint related to root canal treatment at 34%. Surgeons had the highest number of complaints at 38.9%, while periodontics specialists had the lowest at 2.8%. The main motivation for complaints was related to the doctor's conduct at 54.2%, followed by financial damage at 44.3%. Conclusion: Cases leading to a negligence verdict still make up a significant portion of complaints. Dentists who ware knowledgeable about the profession's legal and ethical issues can prevent disputes and complaints.
