fa بررسی عوامل موثر بر همکاری در ادامه درمان در بیماران کاندید درمان غیرجراحی پریودنتال مراجعه کننده به دانشکده دانپزشکی یزد در سال 1402 Investigating Factors Affecting Compliance of Patients Who are Candidates for Non-Surgical Periodontal Treatment Referred to Yazd Faculty of Dentistry in 2023 پریودانتیکس Periodontics پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت درمان حمایتی پریودنتال در حفظ طولانی‌مدت دندان‌ها و پیشگیری از عود پریودنتیت، هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی عوامل موثر بر همکاری بیماران در ادامه درمان پریودنتال بوده است. روش بررسی: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 233 بیمار مراجعه‌کننده به بخش‌های پریودنتیکس و سلامت دهان و دندانپزشکی اجتماعی و کاندیدای درمان غیرجراحی پریودنتال انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته روا و پایا جمع‌آوری شد و ارتباط بین ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک و برخی از عوامل تأثیرگذار بیرونی و درونی احتمالی با حضور بیماران در اولین جلسه پیگیری بررسی شد. نتایج: تنها 39 درصد بیماران در اولین جلسه پیگیری شرکت کردند. تمایل درونی قبلی بیماران به شرکت در جلسات پیگیری با همکاری آن‌ها رابطه آماری معناداری داشت (0/001(P =. متغیرهای سن، جنس، سطح تحصیلات، وضعیت اقتصادی ، نوع اشتغال و سیگاری بودن بیماران، ارتباط معنی‌داری با پیگیری درمان نشان ندادند. هیچ یک از عوامل مورد بررسی نظیر کمبود وقت، کیفیت ارتباط متقابل دندانپزشک و بیمار، رضایت از درمان، ارائه دستورالعمل‌های بهداشتی توسط دندانپزشک و توضیح عواقب عدم ادامه درمان برای بیمار بر احتمال پایبندی بیمار به ادامه درمان تاثیری نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: هیچ عامل قطعی برای افزایش میزان همکاری بیماران وجود ندارد و لازم است با روش‌های مداخله‌ای مختلف، انگیزه درونی بیمار به نحوی که اهمیت شرکت در جلسات پیگیری برای وی روشن شود، افزایش یابد.</div>   <div> <div><div class="msocomtxt" id="_com_6" language="JavaScript"></div></div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Considering the importance of periodontal supportive treatment in long-term preservation of teeth and prevention of recurrence of periodontitis, it was aimed to identify the factors affecting patients' compliance in continuing periodontal treatment. Methods: This cross-sectional study conducted on 233 patients referred to the periodontics and oral health and community dentistry departments and were candidate for non-surgical periodontal treatment. Data were collected by researcher-made questionnaires and the association between demographic characteristics and some possible external and internal influencing factors with the patients' attendance in first follow-up was investigated. Results: Only 39% of patients participated in the first follow-up. The patients' previous internal desire to participate in follow-up sessions had a statistically significant relationship with their compliance (P=0.001). Age, gender, education level, economic status, type of employment of patients and smoking did not show any significant relationship with following up the treatment. None of the investigated factors such as lack of time, the quality of mutual communication between the dentist and the patient, satisfaction with the treatment, providing health instructions by the dentist and explaining the consequences of not continuing the treatment to the patient did not affect the probability of the patient's adherence to continuing the treatment.
