fa چالش‌های اخلاقی پژوهش در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه Ethical Challenges of Research in the Intensive Care Unit پرستاری Nursing مروری Review article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: اخلاق در پژوهش یکی از ابعاد کلیدی اخلاق حرفه‌ای است. در محیط‌های بحرانی مانند بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه (ICU)، ماهیت شغل و شرایط بحرانی بیماران، چالش‌های اخلاقی پژوهش (مانند تعارض اخلاقی و عدم استقلال) را تشدید می‌کند. این مطالعه مروری با هدف بررسی چالش‌های اخلاقی پژوهش در پرستاری بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه انجام شد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه با روش مرور نظام ‌مند انجام شد که با جستجوی مقالات فارسی با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های اخلاق در پژوهش، دیسترس اخلاقی، تعارض اخلاقی، چالش اخلاقی، حساسیت اخلاقی، بخش مراقبت ویژه و واژه‌های مترادف در پایگاه‌های داخلی (MagIran و SID، Civilica) و جستجو با کلید واژه‌های Ethics in research, Moral challenge, Moral sensitivity, Moral distress, Ethical decision making, Ethical Dilemma و  غیره در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی بین‌المللی PubMed، Science Direct، Scopus، Google Scholar ) به‌دست آمد. نتایج: نتایج بررسی چالش‌های پژوهش در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه شامل ۳ طبقه اصلی (کرامت انسانی، فرآیند اجرا، ویژگی‌های فردی پژوهشگر) بود. چالش‌های کرامت انسانی شامل ۲ زیرطبقه (اخذ رضایت اخلاقی، استقلال در تصمیم‌گیری)، چالش‌های فرآیند اجرایی پژوهش از ۲ زیرطبقه (تضاد با رعایت اصل سودمندی، چالش‌های کمبود نمونه) و چالش‌های ویژگی‌های مربوط به پژوهشگر از ۲ زیرطبقه (چالش‌های مرتبط با روحیات پژوهشگر، زمان‌بر بودن فرآیند پژوهش) تشکیل شد. نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه به چالش‌های اخلاقی در مراقبت‌های ویژه، می‌توان با کمک دستورالعمل‌های کمیته اخلاق زیستی و همچنین برگزاری کارگاه آموزشی و افزایش آگاهی پژوهشگران، چالش‌های اخلاقی پژوهش در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه را کاهش داد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Ethics in research represents a critical dimension of professional ethics. In critical environments like the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), the critical nature of patients and environmental tensions exacerbate the ethical challenges of research (such as moral conflict and distress), demanding strict adherence to principles. This review study was conducted to investigate the ethical challenges of research in intensive care nursing. Methods: This study was conducted as a systematic review. Persian-language articles were searched using the keywords such as ethics in research, moral distress, ethical conflict, moral challenge, moral sensitivity, and intensive care unit along with their equivalents in national databases, including MagIran, SID, and Civilica. In addition, international databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Google Scholar were searched using keywords including ethics in research, moral challenge, moral sensitivity, moral distress, ethical decision making, and ethical dilemma. Results: The results of research challenges in the special care department showed 3 main general categories (human dignity, implementation process, individual characteristics of the researcher). Challenges related to human dignity included 2 sub-categories (obtaining moral satisfaction, independence in decision-making), challenges related to the implementation process from 2 sub-categories (contradiction with the principle of usefulness, challenges of lack of samples), and challenges related to researcher characteristics from 2 sub-categories (challenges related to the researcher's spirit, time-consuming research process).
