fa آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان دندانپزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد در ارتباط با ترمیم دندان‌های خلفی با کامپوزیت در سال 1401 Evaluation of Knowledge and Attitude of Yazd Dental Students in Connection with the Training of Posterior Teeth Restoration with Composite in 2023 دندانپزشکی Dental پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: امروزه کامپوزیت رزین‌ها یک انتخاب مناسب برای ترمیم دندان‌هاست که در رابطه با دندان‌های خلفی، مهم‌ترین محدودیت‌ها نشت مارجینال، پوسیدگی ثانویه، توانایی تحمل بار ضعیف، سایش بالا و ناتوانی در بازیابی تماس است. ماندگاری ترمیم‌های کامپوزیت خلفی، به‌ویژه ترمیم های کلاس دو، در مقایسه با ترمیم‌های آمالگام کمتر است که این امر از عوامل گوناگون اثر می‌پذیرد، مانند انقباض ناشی از پلیمریزاسیون، ضریب انبساط حرارتی و استحکام سایشی، که ماندگاری کامپوزیت خلفی را محدود می‌کند. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر، یک مطالعه توصیفی – مقطعی است که 68 دانشجوی سال آخر رشته دندانپزشکی شهر یزد به‌صورت سرشماری انتخاب شدند و نگرش و آگاهی آن‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ای روا و پایا حاوی مشخصات دموگرافیک و سوالات نگرش و آگاهی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است و تمامی داده‌ها، در نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS version 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. از مقیاس طیف لیکرت براس سنجش آگاهی و نگرش استفاده شد. نتایج: در مطالعه حاضر، 68 دانشجوی سال آخر رشته دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یزد مورد مطالعه قرارگرفتند که 37 نفر (54/4 درصد) مذکر و 31 نفر (45/6 در صد) مؤنث و میانگین و انحراف معیار سن جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه برابر  با 2/3 ± 25/12 سال بوده است. در این مطالعه، میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره کل نگرش دانشجویان سال آخر رشته دندانپزشکی برابر با 6/74 ± 22/80 و نمره کل نگرش دانشجویان سال آخر رشته دندانپزشکی بر اساس مقیاس لیکرت کمتر از متوسط بوده است. همچنین، بیشتر دانشجویان مورد مطالعه کیفیت آموزش کامپوزیت خلفی در برآورده کردن نیازهای عملی را ضعیف گزارش کردند. در این مطالعه، ارتباط معناداری میان نمره نگرش و سن(P=0.986)  آگاهی و جنسیت (P=0.830) و نمره نگرش و جنسیت (P=0.828) مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج به‌دست آمده از مطالعه حاضر، آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان سال آخر رشته دندانپزشکی دررابطه با آموزش ترمیم کامپوزیت دندان‌های خلفی، به ترتیب کمتر از متوسط و ضعیف بوده است. همچنین، در این مطالعه هیچ تفاوت قابل‌توجهی میان نمره آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان با جنسیت و سن مشاهده نشده است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Today, composite resins are a suitable choice for tooth restoration, which in relation to posterior teeth, the most important limitations are marginal leakage, secondary decay, poor load bearing capacity, high wear and inability to restore contact. The durability of posterior restorations especially class II restorations is less compared to amalgam restorations. This has been affected by various factors such as polymerization shrinkage, thermal expansion coefficient and abrasion resistance that limits the durability of the posterior composite. Methods: The present study was a cross-sectional descriptive study, which 68 final year dental students of School of Dentistry of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences in Yazd City were selected by census and their attitude and awareness were studied using a valid and reliable questionnaire containing demographic characteristics and attitude as well as awareness questions. All the data were analyzed in SPSS 16 statistical software. Likert scale was used to measure awareness and attitude. Results: In the present study, among the 68 final year dental students, 37 students (54.4%) were male, 31 students (45/6%) were female the mean and standard deviation of the age of the participants was 25.12 ± 2.3 years. In this study, the mean and standard deviation of total attitude score of final year dental students was equal to 22.80 ± 6.74 and the total attitude score of final year dental students based on Likert Scale was lower than the average. Most of the students reported the quality of posterior composite training to meet practical needs as poor. Conclusion: Based on the results, the awareness and attitude of final year dental students in relation to posterior composite restoration training was less than average and weak, respectively.
