fa طراحی مدلی توانمندسازی بیماران بستری در بیمارستان‌های دولتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد Designing the Empowerment Model of Patients Hospitalized in the Hospitals Affiliated to Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, Yazd سایر other پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: شناسایی عواملی که بر تجربه بیمار تأثیر می‌گذارند برای اجرای استراتژی‌هایی که از مشارکت بیمار حمایت می‌کنند و در نهایت به نتایج سلامت بهتری دست می‌یابند، اهمیت بالایی دارند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارائه مدلی توانمندسازی بیماران بستری در بیمارستان انجام شد. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌ای کمی - کیفی است که به‌صورت مقطعی به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای با تخصیص مناسب در بیمارستان‌های دولتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد بر روی 230 نفر از روسا، مدیران، مترون‌ها، سوپروایزرها، مسئولین بخش‌های بالینی و پاراکلینیکی و واحدهای ستادی بیمارستان، پرستاران و پزشکان انجام گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از ابزار اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته طراحی مدلی توانمندسازی بیماران بستری در بیمارستان جمع‌آوری شدند. تعیین توانایی مدل طراحی شده با در برازش به داده‌ها با روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS version 16 و نرم‌افزار Amos.v24 تجزیه و تحلیل‌ شدند. نتایج: پرسش‌نامه طراحی مدلی توانمندسازی بیماران بستری در بیمارستان دارای 8 حیطه و 61 گویه یا مؤلفه می‌باشد. در مطالعه حاضر نسبت مجذور کای به درجه آزادی معنادار بود (0/0001 p<) که نشان دهنده برازش مناسب مدل می‌باشد. مقدار شاخص GFI (Goodness of Fit Index) به میزان 0/93 برآورد شد که نشان می‌دهد برازش مدل مناسب می‌باشد. مقادیر GFI و AGFI (Adjusted goodness of fit index) برای مدل توانمند‌سازی بیماران بستری در بیمارستان بالاتر از 0/8 بود. نتیجه‌گیری: سازمان‌ها و مراکز آموزش درمانی می‌توانند از این مدل در توانمندسازی بیماران استفاده نمایند. زمینه لازم برای ارتقاء توانمندسازی بیماران باید توسط دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی و بیمارستان‌های تحت پوشش فراهم شود.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Identifying factors that influence the patient experience are critical to implementing strategies that support patient engagement and ultimately achieve better health outcomes. The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a model of empowerment of hospitalized patients. Methods: The current research was a qualitative-quantitative study that was cross-sectional by stratified sampling method with proper allocation in hospitals affiliated to Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, Yazd, Iran, on 230 heads, managers, matrons, supervisors, heads of clinical and paraclinical departments and hospital headquarters units, nurses and doctors were done. The data were collected using the demographic information tool and the questionnaire made by the researcher to design a model of empowering patients admitted to the hospital. Determining the ability of the designed model by fitting the data was done with the confirmatory factor analysis method. Data were analyzed by SPSS version 16 software and Amos.v 24 software. Results: Questionnaire for designing a model of empowering patients in the hospital has 8 areas and 61 items or components. In the present study, the Chi-square ratio to the degree of freedom was significant (p<0.001), which indicated the appropriate fit of the model. The value of the GFI index was estimated at 0.93, which indicated that the model fits well. The values of GFI and AGFI for the empowerment model of hospitalized patients were higher than 0.8. Conclusion: Organizations and medical institutions have the opportunity to utilize this model to empower patients.
