fa بررسی دانش ، نگرش و عملکرد زنان شاغل شهر چالوس در زمینه پیشگیری ازسرطان پستان عمومى General پژوهشي Original article مقدمه: امروزه سرطان پستان یکی ازشایع ترین علل مرگ میر ومهم ترین عامل نگران کننده سلامتی درجهان می باشد روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی – مقطعی است که به منظوربررسی دانش ، نگرش و عملکرد زنان شاغل در شهر چالوس در زمینه پیشگیری از سرطان پستان انجام گرفته است. نمونه پژوهش شامل 612 نفر از زنان شاغل درکلیه دوایر دولتی شهر چالوس بودند. ابزارگردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته بود. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از شاخص های مرکزی و پراکندگی، آزمون های مجذور کای ، فیشر ،کروسکال والیس ، آنالیز واریانس یکراهه، آزمون تی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. نتایج: یافته های تحقیق نشان دادکه بیشترین واحدهای مورد پژوهش درگروه سنی39 –30 سال (7 /39 %)، شغل فرهنگی (4/39 %)، متأهل (5/83%)و فاقد سابقه خانوادگی سرطان پستان (9/94%)بودند . نتایج همچنین نشان داد که اکثریت واحدهای موردپژوهش از نگرش مثبتی برخورداربودند . به طوری که میانگین کل نمره نگرش 89/51% از 60 نمره می باشد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که بین دانش و نگرش زنان ارتباط مثبت ضعیف (33/0 =r) وجود دارد. در ارتباط بین دانش و عملکرد ارتباط معنی دار آماری(05/0p< ) وجود داشت . همچنین بین دانش زنان با انجام خودآزمایی پستان ، فاصله زمانی انجام آن و زمان انجام خودآزمایی پستان ارتباط معنی دار آماری (001/0>p ،001/0>p) وجود داشت. همچنین بیشترین میزان دانش در گروه علوم پزشکی وتحصیلات لیسانس و بالاتر بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد در مقایسه نمره نگرش با سن، شغل و میزان تحصیلات زنان تفاوت معنی دار آماری ( به ترتیب: 001/ 0 pp ، 05/0> p) وجود داشت نتیجه گیری : یافته های تحقیق نشان داد بیشتر افراد مورد مطالعه علیرغم داشتن نگرش مثبت، از آگاهی و عملکرد خوب و بالایی برخوردار نبودند. Introduction: Today, breast cancer is one of the most common causes of mortality and morbidty and also the leading health concern of the world. Methods: This research was a descriptive study entitled Knowledge, attitude and practice regarding prevention of breast cancer in working women of Chaloos city. The sample size of study included 612 women working in governmental centers. The instrument for data collection was a researcher –made questionnaire. For data analysis, central and coefficient index chi square ,t-test ,one way analysis of variation, Kruscal Wallis, Pearson,s correlation coefficient and Fisher test were used. Results: The findings showed that the most of samples were in the 30-39 years age group,(39.7%) with an educational job(83/5%) and without history of breast cancer history in the family.(94/9%) Results also revealed that there was a weak positive relationship between knowledge and attitude (r=0.33) .The findings showed there was a significant statistical relation between knowledge and practice (p<0.05). Also, there was a significant statistical relation between knowledge level and breast self examination (BSE), time interval and also the time of performing BSE (p<0.0001) Similarly, the highest levels of knowledge were present in women with medical education and those with a bachelors or higher degree.
