fa بررسی مشکلات مرتبط با دنچر کامل در بیماران ‌‌‌مراجعه‌کننده به بخش پروتز دانشکده دندانپزشکی بیرجند از سال 1397 تا 1399 Evaluation of Problems Related to Complete Denture in Patients Referred to Prosthodontics Department of Birjand Dental College in Years 2018-2020 دندانپزشکی Dental پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: دنچر کامل یکی از انواع پروتز‌های‌‌‌دندانی است که برای بازگرداندن فانکشن و زیبایی در بیماران با بی‌‌‌دندانی کامل استفاده می‌شود.‌‌ مشکلات پس از تحویل دنچر، شایع است و بیمار و دندانپزشک را درگیر می‌کند و همواره مراقبت‌‌های پس از تحویل توسط اکثر دانشجویان و دندانپزشکان نادیده گرفته می‌شود.‌‌ هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی مشکلات شایع بیماران با دنچر کامل ‌‌‌مراجعه‌کننده به بخش پروتز دانشکده دندانپزشکی بیرجند و ارتباط آن‌‌ها با متغیر‌‌هایی چون جنس، سن و.‌‌..خواهد بود.‌‌ روش بررسی: در این مطالعه‌‌ توصیفی- تحلیلی جامعه‌‌ مورد مطالعه بیمارانی بودند که قبلا در بخش توسط دانشجویان با پروتز کامل درمان شده‌‌‌‌‌اند.‌‌ این مطالعه بر‌ روی 46 بیمار صورت گرفت. ‌‌26 نفر از بیماران مرد و20 نفر زن بودند.‌‌ بیماران در رنج سنی33 تا 90 سال قرار داشتند. سوالات در قالب مصاحبه از بیماران پرسیده شد.‌‌ پس از جمع‌‌آوری اطلاعات‌‌‌‌، داده‌‌ها به نرم‌افزارversion 16  SPSS وارد شد و به صورت درصد فراوانی نسبی گزارش گردید سپس برای بررسی ارتباط بین متغیر‌‌های کیفی از آزمون کای دو یا فیشر استفاده ‌‌‌‌شد. (P≤0.05). نتایج: نتایج نشان داد 3 مورد از بیشترین مشکلات شامل گیر غذایی (52%)‌‌‌‌، عدم‌گیر (50%)‌‌‌‌، درد (34/8%) بود.‌‌ اما در اکثر موارد تفاوت معناداری بین جنس‌‌‌‌، سن‌‌‌‌، انگیزه‌‌ بیمار برای مراجعه و.‌‌.. با مشکلات دیده نشد.‌‌ نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده‌‌‌‌، شایع ترین مشکلات پس از تحویل دنچر، گیر غذایی و عدم‌گیر پروتز می‌باشد که لازمه‌‌ کاهش آن‌ها شناسایی اتیولوژی و علل آن‌‌هاست.‌‌  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Complete denture is a type of dental prosthesis that is used to restore function and beauty in patients with complete edentulousness. Problems after denture delivery are common and involve the patient and the dentist, and post-delivery care is often overlooked by most students and dentists. The aim of this study was to investigate the common problems of the patients with complete dentures referred to the Prosthesis Department of Birjand Dental School and their relationship with variables such as sex, age, etc. Methods: In this descriptive analytical study 46 patients participated, 26 patients were male and 20 were female. The patients ranged in age from 33 to 90 years. These patients had previously been treated in the ward by students with complete prosthetics. Patients were asked the questions in the questionnaire. After collecting the data, the data were entered into SPSS software version 16 and reported as a percentage of relative frequency. Then, Chi-square or Fisher test was used to examine the relationship between qualitative variables. (P≤0.05). Results: The results showed that 3 of the most common problems included food retention (52%), lack of retention (50%), and pain (34.8%). But in most cases, there was no significant difference was seen among gender, age, patient motivation to refer, etc. Conclusion: According to the results, the most common problems after denture delivery are food retention and lack of retention, which need to be reduced to identify the etiology and their causes.  </div> بی‌‌‌دندانی کامل, دنچر کامل متحرک, مشکلات پس از تحویل.
