fa بررسی اثر کرم Atache Despigman در درمان ملاسما عمومى General نامه به سردبیر Letter to editor <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:18.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مقدمه:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> ملاسما یکی از شایع ترین بیماری‌های پوستی می‌باشد و در کیفیت زندگی بیماران تاًثیر به‌سزایی دارد. در درمان آن از ترکیبات مختلف داروئی و گیاهی استفاده شده است و هنوز درمان قطعی و تضمین شده‌ای برای آن وجود ندارد. ترکیبات حاوی هیدروکینون و ویتامین سی، آربوتین، رتینویید و استرویید و ... در درمان آن به‌کار رفته است. در مطالعه تجربه‌کاری حاضر اثر داروی موضعی (</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Atache Despigman(Atache laboratorios, Spain</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">) که حاوی هیدروکینون 2% و ویتامین </span></span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">c</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">و اسیدهای میوه می</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">‌</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">باشد در درمان ملاسما مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. پس از دو ماه درمان با این دارو، از دید بیماران نتیجه کاهش لک بسیار خوب 17‌%، خوب 53‌%، متوسط 25‌% و ضعیف 5% بود که این درصد از دید پزشک 20‌%، 52‌%، 25‌% و 3‌% بود. به این ترتیب اکثریت اثر‌بخشی را مشاهده کردند. با معاینه توسط دستگاه </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Dermacatch</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> نیز کاهش رنگدانه مشاهده شد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:18.0pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Introduction:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Melasma is one of the common dermatologic diseases that has an effect on the patient&#39;s quality of life, therefore its treatment is important. Various medicinal and herbal compounds have been used, including creams containing hydroquinone, vitamin C, alfa hydroxy acids, arbutin, tretinoins, and sometimes combination creams are prescribed, and there is still no definite and guaranteed treatment for it. In the present experimental study, the effect of topical medicine Atache Despigman (Atache laboratorios, Spain), which contains 2% hydroquinone, vitamin C and fruit acids) in the treatment of melasma has been investigated. After two months of treatment with this medicine, from the patients&#39; point of view, the results of spot reduction were very good 17%, good 53%, average 25%, and poor 5%, and these percentages from the doctor&#39;s point of view were 20%, 52%, 25%, and 3%, respectively. Therefore, the majority observed the effectiveness.
