fa بررسی میزان رعایت اقدامات ایمنی وعوامل مرتبط با آن در مرکز پرتودرمانی یزد در مواجهه با کووید-19 در پاییز 1400 Evaluation of Safety Measures and Related Factors in Yazd Radiation Therapy Center in the Face of Covid-19 in 2020 فیزیک پزشکی Medical Physics پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: مطالعات نشان داده‌اند که ابتلا به کووید-19 بر فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری بیمار در مورد پرتودرمانی تأثیر می‌گذارد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی میزان رعایت اقدامات ایمنی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در مرکز پرتو‌درمانی یزد در مواجهه با کووید-19 پرداخته است. روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی-مقطعی در پاییز 1400 با مشارکت 20 نفر از پرسنل مرکز پرتودرمانی شهر یزد، ایران به روش سرشماری انجام شد. دادهها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه پارامترهای ایمنی در مواجهه با کووید-19 که توسط فدراسیون آفریقایی سازمان‌های فیزیک پزشکی طراحی گردیده جمعآوری شد و میانگین نمره اقدامات ایمنی محاسبه شد. جهت توصیف از شاخصهای میانگین، انحراف ‌معیار، فراوانی و درصد فراوانی استفاده گردید. از ضریب کودرریچاردسون-20 برای تعیین همسانی درونی و تعیین پایایی استفاده شد.برای آمار استنباطی از آزمونهای تی دو نمونه مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه استفاده شد. تمامی تحلیلها در نرم‌افزار SPSS version 16 با سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 انجام شد. نتایج: در مجموع 60% (12نفر) پرسنل زن، 60% پرسنل (12 نفر) متاهل و میانگین سن شرکت‌کنندگان برابر با 6/35± 32/45 سال بود. میانگین نمره اقدامات ایمنی در مواجهه با کووید-19، 2/31 ± 11/3 بود که در حد متوسط به بالا قرار داشت. کودرریچاردسون-20 برای این مطالعه 0/71 محاسبه گردید. نتایج آزمونهای آماری نشان داد که نمره اقدامات ایمنی با متغیر‌های دموگرافیک ارتباط معنی‌داری ندارد (0/05> P). نتیجه‌گیری: نمره اقدامات ایمنی در مواجهه با کووید 19 در مرکز پرتودرمانی مورد مطالعه درحد متوسط به بالا بود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Studies have shown that Covid-19 infection affects the patient's decision-making processes for radiation therapy. The present study investigated the safety measures and related factors in Yazd Radiotherapy Center in the face of Covid-19 in 2020. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in the autumn of 2020 with the participation of 20 staff (using census method) of the Radiation Therapy Center in Yazd City, Iran. The data were collected using the questionnaire of safety parameters in the face of Covid-19, which was designed by the African Federation of Medical Physics Organizations, and the average score of safety measures was calculated. For descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation, frequency and frequency percentage were used and internal consistency was determined using Kuder-Richardson 20 (KR-20). Independent Two Sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used for inferential statistics. All analyses were performed in SPSS 16 with a significance level of 5%. Results: In total, 60% (12 people) were female staff, 60% (12 people) were married and the mean (SD) age of the participants was 32.45±6.35) years. The mean (SD) score of safety measures in the face of Covid-19 was 11.3±2.31), which was moderate to high. Kuder Richardson-20 (KR20) was calculated to be 0.69. The results of statistical tests showed that the score of safety measures was not significantly related to demographic variables (P >0.05).
