fa ارزیابی میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان عمومی در زمینه تجویز صحیح انواع رادیوگرافی در سال 1400 Survey of the Knowledge of General Dentists about the Accurate Prescription of Dental Radiographic Techniques in 2021 دندانپزشکی Dental پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: آگاهی مناسب از تجویز صحیح تکنیک‌های رادیوگرافی به خصوص در میان دندانپزشکان عمومی جهت تشخیص دقیق مشکلات دندانی و عدم دریافت دوز اضافی اشعه در بیماران حائز اهمیت است. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان عمومی شهر رفسنجان در زمینه تجویز صحیح انواع رادیوگرافی در سال 1400 انجام شد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه‌ توصیفی- مقطعی تعداد 100 پرسش‌نامه‌، توسط دندانپزشکان عمومی شهر رفسنجان جهت سنجش میزان آگاهی از روش‌های رادیوگرافی در 9 حیطه‌ مختلف دندانپزشکی تکمیل گردید؛ سپس میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان در این 9 حیطه‌ی مختلف بر حسب سن، جنسیت و سابقه‌ کاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزارversion 16  SPSS و آزمون‌های آماری independent sample t- test  وANOVA  مقایسه شد (0/05=α). نتایج: در این مطالعه 53 نفر (53%) از دندانپزشکان مرد و 47 نفر (47%) زن بودند. بیشترین میزان پاسخ صحیح و نمره‌، مربوط به آگاهی در مورد رادیوگرافی در اطفال (90%)، پانورامیک (83%) و بایت‌وینگ (75%) بود و کمترین میزان نمره‌، مربوط به سوالات حیطه‌ی پریودنتال (40%) بود. درمجموع 12% آگاهی ضعیف، 42% آگاهی متوسط و 46%آگاهی خوب داشتند. میزان نمره کلی آگاهی در دندانپزشکان مرد (67%) به طور معنی‌داری بالاتر از زنان (60%) بود. با افزایش سابقه‌ کاری میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان نسبت به تجویز صحیح تکنیک‌های رادیوگرافی به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش می‌یافت. (0/039p=). نتیجه‌گیری: با وجود اینکه میزان آگاهی دندان‌پزشکان عمومی شهر رفسنجان در زمینه تجویز صحیح رادیوگرافی در بیشتر زمینه‌ها در حد خوب ارزیابی شد؛ اما لزوم آموزش در بعضی حیطه‌ها در دوره‌های بازآموزی برای ارتقای سطح آگاهی دانش دندانپزشکان همچنان لازم به‌نظر می‌رسد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Proper knowledge of prescribing correct radiography techniques, especially among general dentists, is important for the accurate diagnosis of dental problems and not receiving additional doses of radiation in patients. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the knowledge of general dentists about the accurate prescription of radiography in Rafsanjan City 2021. Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 100 questionnaires were completed by general dentists in Rafsanjan City to measure the awareness of radiographic methods in 9 different areas of dentistry, and then the knowledge of dentists in these 9 different areas based on age, gender and work experience was compared using independent sample t-test and ANOVA statistical tests (α=0/05). Results: In this study 53 (53%) of the dentists were male and 47 (47%) were female. The highest rate of correct answer and score was related to knowledge about radiography in children (90%), panoramic (83%) and bite wing (75%) and the lowest rate was related to periodontal questions (40%). Overall, 12% had poor knowledge, 42% had moderate knowledge and 46% had good knowledge. The overall score of knowledge in male dentists (67%) was significantly higher than in female dentists (60%). With increasing work experience, the level of knowledge about the correct prescription of radiographic techniques decreased significantly (p=0.039).
