fa توزیع فراوانی خطای رادیوگرافی‌های پری‌اپیکال و بایت‌وینگ در دانشکده دندانپزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد در سال 99-1398 دندانپزشکی Dental پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: کاهش خطا در تصاویر رادیوگرافی داخل دهانی در تشخیص بیماری‌های دندانی و لزوم عدم تکرار تصاویر برای کاهش دوز بیمار و کلینیسین، امری مهم به‌شمار می‌آید. تحقیق حاضر، با هدف بررسی شیوع خطاهای رادیوگرافی داخل دهانی تهیه شده توسط دانشجویان دندانپزشکی شهر یزد انجام گردیده است.<br> روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی 1900 نمونه از تصاویر رادیوگرافی پری‌اپیکال به روش نیم‌ساز و بایت‌وینگ دیجیتال گرفته شده توسط دانشجویان ترم 9 از بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بخش رادیولوژی دهان و فک و صورت دانشکده دندانپزشکی یزد در سال‌های 1399-1398 به روش نمونه‌گیری آسان بررسی شد. محقق، به مدت 4 ماه، 25 تصویر رادیوگرافی را از جهت وجود خطا‌های cone cut، زاویه افقی و عمودی و جای‌گذاری فیلم بررسی نمود. هم‌چنین در صورت تکرار رادیوگرافی، تعداد و علت آن نیز یادداشت شد. داده‌های ثبت شده در نرم‌افزارversion 16&nbsp; SPSS وارد شده و شیوع هر خطا گزارش شد.<br> نتایج: خطاهای موجود در این مطالعه شامل خطا جای‌گذاری (32/4%)‌، زاویه افقی نادرست (28/2‌%)، زاویه عمودی نادرست (24/6%‌)،cone cut&nbsp; (23/9%‌) و میزان تکرار رادیوگرافی (‌33%) بود. در رادیوگرافی پری‌اپیکال فراوانی خطاها در ماگزیلا (54/6‌%)، مندیبل (45/4‌%)، قدام (22/5‌%) و در خلف (77/5‌%) مشاهده شده است. فراوانی خطاها در رادیوگرافی بایت‌وینگ کمتر از رادیوگرافی پری‌اپیکال برآورد گردید (P=0/0001).<br> نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج، بیشترین خطا شامل خطای جای‌گذاری و زاویه افقی نادرست بود. که این دو خطا با بیشترین فروانی باعث تکرار رادیوگرافی شده بودند. بیشتر خطا‌ها در خلف ماگزیلا مشاهده گردیدند که ضرورت آموزش بیشتر در جهت اصلاح خطا‌ها را مورد تاکید قرار می‌دهد.</div> <br> <br> <br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:18.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Introduction:</span></span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Reduction the error intraoral radiographic image is very important for accurate diagnosis of dental diseases and reduces the patient and clinician dose. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of intraoral radiographic errors made by students of Shahid Sadoughi Faculty of Dentistry in Yazd City.</span></span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:18.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methods:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> In this descriptive-cross-sectional study, 1900 samples of periapical radiographs were taken using digital </span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">periapical bisect angle method and bite-wing radiographs were evaluated</span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">. Patients referred to Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Department of Yazd Dental School in 2018-2019 were evaluated by simple sampling method. During</span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> 4 months, the researcher examined 25 radiographic images for cone cut errors, horizontal and vertical angles, and incorrect film placement. Also, if the radiography was repeated, the number and reason were also recorded. The recorded data were entered into SPSS version 16 software and the prevalence of each error was reported. </span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:18.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></b><b> </b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The errors in this study included incorrect film placement (32.4%), incorrect horizontal angle (28.2%), incorrect vertical angle (24.6%), cone cut (23.9%) and radiographic repetition rate (33%). In periapical radiograph, the frequency of errors was observed in maxilla (54.6%), mandible (45.4%), anterior (22.5%) and posterior (77.5%).
