fa کارگذاری دریچه قلبی مصنوعی از راه کاتتر در ایران (تجربه مرکز قلب تهران) قلب Cardiovascular نامه به سردبیر Letter to editor <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">با توسعه رشته اینترونشنال کاردیولوژی (مداخلات قلبی) در جهان، علاوه بر بیماری‌های عروق کرونر و آئورت، درمان بیماری‌های دریچه‌ای قلب از راه کاتتر نیز اخیراً آغاز گردید. درمان تنگی دریچه آئورت (که فقط با جراحی باز و تعویض دریچه امکان‌پذیر بود) برای اولین بار در جهان در سال 2002 توسط </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Alain Cribier</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در فرانسه با کارگذاری دریچه از راه کاتتر انجام پذیرفت و تاوی نامیده شد. </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(Trans catheter Aortic valve implantation = TAVI)</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در ایران در سال 2009 این عمل در مرکز قلب تهران نیز راه‌اندازی گردید و اکنون به شکل روتین </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">TAVI</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> با هر دو نوع دریچه </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Balloon-Expanding</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">self &ndash; Expanding</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> انجام می‌پذیرد. به‌علاوه کارگذاری دریچه جدید بر روی دریچه بافتی دژنره </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">قلبی</span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(valve in valve implantation)</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نیز راه‌اندازی گردید. نتایج کوتاه و میان‌مدت این روش درمانی در غالب طرح‌های تحقیقاتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در غالب چند مقاله منتشر گردید. خلاصه روند راه‌اندازی این روش درمانی جدید در کشور و نتایج آن در ذیل آمده است. </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> With the development of interventional cardiology in the world, in addition to coronary and aortic diseases, the treatment of heart valve diseases through catheters has recently begun. The treatment of aortic stenosis (which was only possible with open surgery and valve replacement) was first performed in the world in 2002 by Alain Cribier in France with catheter insertion of the valve and was called Trans catheter Aortic valve implantation TAVI. Trans catheter Aortic valve implantation (TAVI) was performed in Iran in 2009 in the Heart Centre of Tehran and now is routinely performed by both Balloon Expanding and self-expanding valves. In addition, we do valve in valve implantation for degenarative biopresthetic valve, in all Heart valve positions too. The short and medium term results of this treatment were reviewed in the form of research projects and published in several articles.
