fa بررسی هیستوپاتولوژی ضایعات پولیپوئید معده در بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان شهید صدوقی یزد از سال 1395 – 1390 Histopathological Study of Gastric Polypoid Lesions in Patients Referred to Shahid Sadoughi Hospital in Yazd from 2011-2016 پاتولوژی Pathology مروری Review article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: هدف مطالعه بررسی هیستوپاتولوژی ضایعات پولیپوئید معده و ارتباط آن با جنسیت، سن و اندازه ضایعه در بیماران مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان شهید صدوقی یزد است. روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی است. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت سرشماری بوده به‌طوری‌که پرونده کلیه‌ بیماران با تشخیص ضایعات پولیوئید معده طی سال‌های 1395-1390 تحت بررسی قرار گرفت. در این میان اطلاعات 102 بیمار با تشخیص ضایعه پولیپوئید معده در بررسی پاتولوژی، شامل نوع ضایعه، محل آناتومیک و اندازه آن به همراه جنسیت و سنشان در نرم افزار SPSS version 16 ثبت گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از Chi–Square Test، T Test و آزمونANOVA  انجام گرفت. نتایج: در این مطالعه 52% از بیماران در رده سنی 69-50 سال قرار داشتند. بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به جنس مؤنث (67/6%) بود. شایع‌ترین ضایعات، پولیپ هیپرپلاستیک (56/9%) و گاستریت پولیپوئید (17/6%) بود. شایع‌ترین محل ضایعات ناحیه آنتروم (35/3%) بود و کمترین شیوع را ناحیه فوندوس داشت (11/8%). اکثر ضایعات پولیپوئید معده دارای اندازه 9-5 میلی‌متر بودند. نتایج نشان داد انواع مختلف ضایعات ازنظر اندازه تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر دارند (0/019=P) و بین گروه سنی و نوع ضایعه (0/053=P)، جنسیت و نوع ضایعه (0/418=P) ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد. نتیجه‌گیری: از مجموع نتایج این مطالعه اینگونه استنباط می‌گردد که شایع‌ترین نوع ضایعه پولیپوئید معده، پولیپ هیپرپلاستیک و شایع‌ترین محل آن‌ها ناحیه آنتروم است. بزرگ‌ترین پولیپ، پولیپ فیبروئید التهابی است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The aim of this study was to evaluate the histopathology  of gastric polypoid lesions in the patients and its relationship with gender, age and the size of the lesion in the patients referred to Yazd Shahid Sadoughi Hospital in Yazd City. Methods: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study. Sampling method was census; the records of all the patients with diagnosis of polypoid gastric lesions during the years 2011-2016 were examined. Among these, the information of 102 patients with a diagnosis of gastric polypoid lesion in the pathology examination, including the type of lesion, anatomical location and size along with gender and age was recorded in SPSS software version 16. Data analysis were run through Chi – square test, t test and ANOVA. Results: In this study, 52% of the patients were in the age group of 50-69 years. The most frequency was  related to the female sex (67.6%), the most common lesions were hyperplastic polyp (56.9%) and polypoid gastritis (17.6%).The most common location of lesions was antrum (35.3% ) and the lowest prevalence was fundus (11.8%). Most polypoid lesions of the stomach were 5-9 mm in size. The results showed that different types of lesions differed significantly in size (P=0.019) and there was no significant relationship between age group and type of lesion (P=0.418), sex and type of lesion (P=0.053). Conclusion: From the results of this study, it is concluded that the most common type of gastric polyoid lesion is hyperplastic polyp and the most common location is the antrum.
