fa شیوع و بروز بیماری مولتیپل‌اسکلروزیس (ام ‌اس) در استان گیلان Prevalence and Incidence of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in Guilan Province اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: هدف از این مطالعه بررسی شیوع و بروز بیماری ام‌ اس در استان گیلان و مقایسه شیوع استاندارد شده بر حسب سن در این استان است. روش بررسی: این پژوهش، یک طرح مقطعی بود که در سال 1397 در انجمن ام ‌اس استان گیلان بر روی افراد مبتلا به ام ‌اس انجام شد و پرونده 654 افراد مبتلا به ام ‌اس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه روند بیماری ام ‌اس از سال 1387 تا 97 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و جهت بررسی میزان بروز تجمعی بیماری موارد جدید براساس تاریخ تشخیص بیماری از آغاز سال 1396 تعریف شد. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از چک لیستی انجام شد که در زمان ثبتنام در انجمن ام ‌اس استان گیلان توسط مسئول ثبت‌نام در قالب یک مصاحبه ساختار یافته جمعآوری میشود. مقایسه میزان شیوع بین زیرگروه‌های مختلف با استفاده از آزمونهایChi–Square  وFisher's exact  انجام شد. توصیف مشخصات زمینه‌ای با استفاده از شاخص‌های فراوانی مطلق و نسبی یا میانگین و انحراف معیار با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای آماریStata 13  و SPSS version 16  انجام شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که 71/4 درصد از کل بیماران زن بودند. میانگین سنی بیماران 36/5 سال بود و بیشترین فراوانی ام‌اس در گروه سنی 40-30 سال مشاهده شد. 81 درصد بیماران ام‌ اس ساکن شهر بودند. بیشترین تظاهر اولیه بیماران افراد مبتلا به ام‌ اس به‌ترتیب بی‌حسی، مشکلات بینایی، ضعف، نشانگان دیگر و دشواری در راه رفتن گزارش شد. بیشترین شیوع ام ‌اس در شهر لاهیجان و سپس شهرهای رشت و آستانه اشرفیه بود. نتیجه‌گیری: از مجموع نتایج این مطالعه اینگونه استنباط می‌شود که بین میزان شیوع در استان گیلان و میزان استاندارد شده با تعدیل سن بر اساس جمعیت استاندارد سازمان بهداشت جهانی تفاوت چشمگیری وجود ندارد، هر چند که در این مطالعه مقایسه تحلیلی انجام نشده است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence and incidence of multiple sclerosis (MS) in Guilan Province) and to compare the standardized prevalence by the factor of age in this province. Methods: The study was a cross-sectional design that was conducted in 2018 at the Guilan MS Society (GMSS) on people with multiple sclerosis and examined the 654 people with multiple sclerosis case. In this study, the trend of MS disease was examined from 2009 to 2019 and in order to investigate the rate of cumulative incidence of the disease, new cases were defined based on the date of diagnosis of the disease from the beginning of 2018. Data collection was performed using a checklist that was collected during the GMSS registration by a registrar in the form of a structured interview. Prevalence rate was compared between different subgroups using Chi-Square and Fisher's exact tests. Field characteristics were described by using absolute and relative frequency indices or mean and standard deviation using Stata 13 and SPSS 19 statistical software. Results: The results showed that 71.4% of all patients were female. The mean age of the patients was 36.5 years and the highest frequency of MS was observed in the age group of 30-40. The MS patients lived in the urban were 81%. The highest initial manifestations of people with multiple sclerosis were reported in numbness or tingling, vision problems, weakness, other symptoms, and walking (Gait) difficulties, respectively. The highest prevalence of MS was in Lahijan and then Rasht and Astaneh-ye Ashrafiyeh citie.
