fa بررسی سطح بزاقی اینترفرون گاما در بیماران مبتلا به‌آفت راجعه دهانی Evaluation of Salivary Interferon-Gamma Level in Patients with Recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis دندانپزشکی Dental پژوهشي Original article  مقدمه: استوماتیت آفتی راجعه (RAS) اختلالی است که با زخم‌های عودکننده محدود به‌مخاط دهان در بیمارانی که هیچ نشانه دیگری از بیماری سیستمیک ندارند مشخص می‌گردد. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی سطح بزاقی اینترفرون گاما، در بیماران مبتلا به‌استوماتیت آفتی راجعه (RAS) بود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه موردی-شاهدی 30 بیمار مبتلا به RAS (در دوره عود و بهبودی) و 25 فرد سالم به‌عنوان گروه کنترل با هم مقایسه شدند. نمونه‌های بزاقی جهت ارزیابی میزان اینترفرون گاما به‌روش الایزا بررسی شدند. داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS version 16 و آزمون Mann-U-Whitney و Wilcoxon مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. 0/05P< معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج: میانگین سطح بزاقی اینترفرون گاما در بیماران مبتلا به‌آفت دهان، pg/ml 31/02 ± 45/01 و افراد سالم pg/ml 19/02 ± 32/04 بود (0/001P<). هم‌چنین میزان اینترفرون گاما در دوره عود pg/ml 31/02 ± 45/01 و در دوره بهبودی pg/ml 52/04 ±  58/03 بود (0/67P=). نتیجه‌گیری: میزان اینترفرون گاما بزاق در بیماران مبتلا به  RAS  نسبت به افراد سالم بیشتر بود.   <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS) is defined by recurring ulcers restricted to oral mucosa in the patients with no other signs of systemic disease. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the salivary level of interferon gamma in patients with RAS. Methods: In this case-control study, 30 patients with RAS (in Recurrence and recovery period) in the experimental and 25 healthy people as the control group were compared. Salivary interferon gamma level was evaluated by the use of ELISA method. Data were analyzed via SPSS version 16 software with Mann-U-Whitney test and Wilcoxon. P <0.05 was considered significant. Results: The mean salivary interferon gamma levels were 45.01±31.02 pg/ml and 32.04±19.02 pg/ml in the patients with RAS and healthy individuals, respectively. (P>0.001). In addition, interferon gamma level was 45.01± 31.02 pg/ml and 58.03± 52.04 pg/ml in the recurrence and recovery periods, respectively. (P=0.67).
