fa بررسی ارتباط غلظت آلاینده‌ها و برخی پارامترهای اقلیمی با میزان مرگ‌های ناشی از بیماری‌های قلبی و تنفسی در شهر شیراز Relation between Concentration of Pollutants and Some Climatic Parameters on Cardiovascular and Respiratory Disease Mortality in Shiraz بهداشت محیط Public Health پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;"> مقدمه: ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ ﺷﺪن و رﺷﺪ روزاﻓﺰون ﺷﻬﺮﻧﺸﯿﻨﯽ موجبات افزایش میزان آلودگی را فراهم کرده است و تاﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺨﺮﺑﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ داﺷﺘﻪ است‌، در این پژوهش به بررسی ارتباط غلظت آلاینده‌ها و برخی پارامترهای اقلیمی بر میزان مرگ‌های ناشی از بیماری‌های قلبی و تنفسی در شهر شیراز پرداخته شده است. روش بررسی: مطالعه از نوع تحلیلی است بدین منظور ابتدا به جمع‌آوری آمار روزانه مربوط به عناصر اقلیمی (دما، رطوبت، فشار، باد) طی دوره آماری (۱۳۹3-۱۳۸۳) از اداره کل هواشناسی شیراز، و اطلاعات روزانه مربوط به آلاینده‌های هوا (CO،PM،NO2،SO2،O3) از اداره کل محیط زیست شیراز و آمار مرگ و میرهای قلبی- عروقی و تنفسی مربوط به همین دوره آماری از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز پرداخته شد در مرحله بعد با استفاده از نرم‌افزار version 22 SPSS به تحلیل روش‌های آماری و روابط همبستگی میانگین ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه متغیرها با فوت‌شدگان در سال‌های مورد بررسی پرداخته شد. نتایج: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش حاکی از آنست که بین پارامتر‌های اقلیمی (رطوبت، فشار، دما و باد) ﺑﺎ ﻣﺮگ و ﻣﻴﺮهای ﻧﺎﺷﻲ از ﺑﻴﻤﺎریﻫﺎی قلبی – عروقی و تنفسی ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری در سطح ۹۵ و ۹۹ درصد (P<0/01 P<0/05 , ) وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﺮگ و ﻣﻴﺮهای ﻧﺎﺷﻲ از بیماری‌های ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در ﻓﺼﻮل ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ در شیراز ﺗﻔﺎوت آﺷﻜﺎری ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه می‌شود و مرگ و میرهای ناشی از بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی به نسبت بیماری‌های تنفسی دارای حساسیت بیشتری نسبت به پارامترهای اقلیمی هستند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع در طول دوره آماری مورد نظر هیچ روز آلوده به آلاینده‌های O3 و NO2 در شهر شیراز مشاهده نگردید. روابط بین آلاینده‌ها دیگر و میزان مرگ و میر نیز معنا‌دار بودند این همبستگی با تاخیر زمانی ۵-۱ روزه برای آلاینده‌های CO و PM10 و ۱۰-۶ روزه را SO2 نشان می‌دهد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Industrialization and the growing of urbanization have increased the amount of contamination and have a devastating impact on the population health; the aim of this study was the relationship between pollutants and some climatic parameters on mortality of heart and respiratory diseases in Shiraz</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Methods: The study was an analytical one. Firstly, daily data on climate elements (temperature, humidity, pressure, wind) from Shiraz Meteorological Office (2004-2014), daily information on air pollutants (CO, PM, NO2, SO2, O3) from Shiraz General Environment Department and cardiovascular and respiratory mortality rates from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences was collected, respectively. Data were analyzed using software SPSS ver. 22; statistical methods and correlation coefficients of monthly, seasonal and monthly averages and mortality rates were investigated. Results: Results of this study indicated that there was a significant correlation between the parameters of the climate (humidity, pressure, temperature and wind) and deaths from cardio - vascular and respiratory diseases at the level of 0.99 and 0.95 (**=P<0/01, *=P<0/05). There was a statistical difference between the mortality rates in different seasons in Shiraz and the mortality rates caused by the cardio vascular and respiratory diseases were relatively more sensitive to climate parameters. Conclusion: In general, during the statistical period, no polluted day was observed in polluted O3, NO2 in Shiraz City, relationships between other pollutants and mortality rates were significant. This correlation is shown by a 1-5 day delay for pollutants of CO, PM10and 6-10 days for pollutants of SO2.</div> آلودگی هوا, بیماری‌های تنفسی, بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی, شیراز.
