fa فراوانی ضایعات مخاطی دهان در بیماران بستری در بیمارستان شهید صدوقی یزد در سال1397 دندانپزشکی Dental پژوهشي Original article <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 120%; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>از مهم‌ترین نشانه‌های سلامت عمومی، سلامت دهان است. بسیاری از بیماری‌های سیستمیک تظاهرات دهانی دارند که می‌تواند ‌اولین بار در حفره دهان تظاهر یابد، لذا با توجه به اهمیت تشخیص و درمان به موقع ضایعات دهانی این مطالعه با هدف بررسی شیوع ضایعات مخاط دهانی در بیماران بستری در بیمارستان شهید صدوقی یزد انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong>در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی 443 بیمار بستری در بیمارستان شهید صدوقی از نظر وجود ضایعات مخاطی دهان ارزیابی شدند. هرگونه تغییرات غیر‌طبیعی در مخاط دهان در این بیماران، اطلاعات دموگرافیک، نوع و محل ضایعه دهانی، وجود دنچر و مصرف سیگار ثبت شد. داده‌های به‌دست آمده پس ازورودبه نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL; Version </span><span dir="LTR">&nbsp;19</span>با استفاده از آزمون‌های کای‌اسکوئر و تست دقیق فیشر تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<br> <strong>نتایج: </strong>ضایعات دهانی در 7/37 درصد بیماران مشاهده شد. بیش‌ترین فراوانی از مجموع ضایعات مشاهده شده مربوط به ضایعات سفید قرمز بود که در 1/19 درصد بیماران مشاهده شد. کام محل شایعی برای ضایعات سفید قرمز بود. بیش‌ترین ضایعات زخمی تاولی به‌ترتیب در کام سخت و زبان مشاهده شد. با بالارفتن سن میزان ضایعات افزایش می‌یافت. از میان ضایعات تنها ضایعات پیگمانته در مردان به ‌طور معنی‌داری بیش‌تر بودند (021/0<span dir="LTR">P-value=</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>ضایعات مخاطی دهان در بیماران بستری شیوع بالایی داشتند و با بالارفتن سن میزان این ضایعات افزایش یافتند.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><span style='margin: 0px; line-height: 115%; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;' dir="LTR"></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Introdution: </strong>One of the most important signs of general health is oral health. Many systemic diseases have oral manifestations that could be appeared in the oral cavity at first. Therefore, considering the importance of timely diagnosis and treatment of oral lesions. This study was conducted to determine the prevalence of oral lesions in the patients admitted to Yazd ShahidSadoughi Hospital<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods: </strong>In this cross sectional study, 443 hospitalized patients were clinically evaluated for oral mucosal lesions. All of the abnormal variations in oral mucosa in these patients, demographic data, type & location of oral lesion, existence of denture & smoking were documented. Data were analyzed by SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL; Version 19 was analyzed using Chi-square and Fisher exact tests.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Oral lesions were observed in 37.7% of patients. The most common type of lesion was related to red and white lesions, which was seen in 19.1% of patients.&nbsp; Palate was the common location for red and white lesions. Most of vesiculobollous lesions were observed in the hard palate and tongue. The lesions rate increased with aging.
