<strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">امروزه استفاده از کامپوزیت محبوبیت زیادی پیدا کردهاند. درک اصولکار و نیز حساسیت تکنیکی موجب شده استفاده از این مواد با چالشهای زیادی همراه باشد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی دیدگاه فارغالتحصیلان دندانپزشکی یزد پیرامون آموزش ترمیمهای کامپوزیت در سال 1396 میباشد.</span></span><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در‏ این‏ مطالعه ‏توصیفی، اطلاعات ‏به‏ روش‏ میدانی‏ توسط‏ پرسشنامه در بین 202 فارغالتحصیل دانشکده دندانپزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد که در سه سال اخیر فارغالتحصیل شدند، توزیع گردید. اطلاعات جمعآوری شده پس از ورود به نرمافزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL; Version 16</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> توسط آزمونهای منویتنی و کروسکالوالیس، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> از میان 202 پرسشنامه توزیع شده، 181 نفر به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند میانگین نمره آگاهی بین شرکت</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">کنندگان برابر با 04/2</span></span><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">±</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> 5/8 از نمره کل ۱۶ بود. همچنین میانگین نمره نگرش برابر51/4</span></span><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">±</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> 9۶/1۶ از نمره کل ۳۰ ارزیابی شد. بررسی میانگین نمرات آگاهی و نگرش بین گروههای مختلف تفکیک شده بر اساس سال فراغت از تحصیل، سن و نوع ورودی انجام گرفت که در تمامی موارد ذکر شده تفاوت میانگین بین گروههای مطالعه معنیدار نبود. (05/0</span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> <</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">p-value</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). عمده مشکل </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">شرکتکنندگان</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در ‏حین ‏انجام ‏ترمیم‏های‏کامپوزیت‏ ‏ایزولاسیون‏ (60%) و ‏برقراری‏ تماس‏ مناسب‏ پروگزیمالی‏ (49%) بود. </span></span><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجهگیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نتایج این مطالعه نشان دهنده عدم رضایت دانشجویان تازه فارغالتحصیل از کیفیت آموزشهای تئوری و عملی در زمینه ترمیمهای کامپوزیتی است. همچنین در زمینه مشکلات عملی حین درمان دندانپزشکان مشکلات عمده خود را تماسهای پروگزیمالی نامناسب، شکستگی لبه ترمیم و حساسیت دندان ترمیم شده عنوان کردند.</span></span><br>

<p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="line-height: 150%; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Today, the use of dental-colored composites has become very popular. Understanding the basics and technical sensitivity has led to the use of these materials with many challenges. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the viewpoints of Yazd dental graduates regarding the training of composite restorations in 2017<strong><em>.</em></strong><br>
<strong>Methods:</strong> In this descriptive study, field information was distributed through a questionnaire among 202 graduates of Yazd Shahid Sadoughi Dental School that graduated in the last three years. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 16 software using Kruskal–Wallis and Mann-Whitney exact tests.</span></p>

<span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Results:</strong> Out of 202 distributed questionnaires, 181 graduates answer to them and the mean score of awareness among the participants was 8.50 from the total score of 16. The mean score of attitude was 16.96 ± 4.51 from the total score of 30. The mean scores of knowledge and attitude among different groups based on the year of graduation, age and input quota was done. There was no statistically significant difference among the mentioned groups (P-value> 0.05). The main problem of the participants was isolation composite restorations (60%) and proper proximal contact (49%).</span></pre>
<p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="line-height: 150%; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Conclusion</strong> The results of this study indicate that the newly graduated students are not satisfied with the quantity and quality of theoretical and practical training in the field of composite restorations. Also, in the field of practical problems during dentists' treatment, major problems were related to inappropriate proximal contacts, marginal edentulous fractures, and restored tooth sensitivity</span></p>
