fa تعیین مقادیر مرجع شاخص توده بدنی در بزرگسالان شهر یزد با استفاده از مدل جمعی تعمیم یافته برای مکان، مقیاس و شکل سایر other پژوهشي Original article <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقادیر مرجع شاخص‌های تن سنجی بدست آمده در یک جمعیت مشخص نمی‌تواند در استفاده برای جمعیتی دیگر مناسب باشد. مطالعه حاضر به منظور ارائه مقادیر مرجع برای شاخص توده بدنی و تعیین وضعیت چاقی بر اساس آن، در جمعیت 20 تا 69 ساله ساکن شهر یزد انجام شد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش بررسی</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در این مطالعه از اطلاعات 9422 نفر ساکنان بزرگسال شهر یزد استفاده گردید. مجموعه داده‌ها شامل جنسیت، سن، قد، وزن و شاخص توده بدنی بود. مدل </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">جمعی تعمیم یافته برای مکان، مقیاس و شکل، </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">GAMLSS</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، به داده‌ها برازش شد. جهت بررسی مناسبت مدل از معیار اطلاع آکائیک استفاده شد. از نرم افزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">R3.3.2</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده گردید.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج اصلی این مطالعه شامل تعیین مقادیر شاخص توده بدنی برای صدک‌های 5 ام، 85 ام، 90 ام و 95 ام بر اساس جنسیت و سن بود. سطوح اضافه وزن برای مردان و زنان سالم به ترتیب 2/25 الی 3/28 و 6/25 الی 8/27 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع متغیر بود. سطوح چاقی در مردان 7/27 الی 3/30 و در زنان 2/28 الی 3/32 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع متغیر بود. شیوع چاقی طبق این مطالعه 9/27 درصد و شیوع اضافه وزن 1/17 درصد و در مجموع شیوع چاقی و اضافه وزن 45 درصد بود.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان داد معیار تشخیص چاقی، اضافه وزن، نرمال و لاغر بودن افراد بزرگسال به سن و جنسیت بستگی دارد و پزشکان و متخصصان علوم تغذیه در درمان بیماران و توصیه‌های تغذیه‌ای به آنان باید به سن و جنس بیماران توجه کنند.</span></span></span> <strong>Introduction</strong><strong>:</strong> The reference values for anthropometrics obtained from a specific population may not be appropriate for use in other populations. This study aimed to provide the reference values for body mass index (BMI) in a large Iranian population aged 20-69 years old living in Yazd City, Iran.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this study, anthropometrics and related variables of 9422 &nbsp;residents of Yazd were analyzed. Body mass index (BMI) for the 5th, 85th, 90th, and 95th percentiles according to gender and age were calculated. The generalised additive models for location, scale and shape (GAMLSS) was fitted to the data. Akaike&#39;s Information Criteria (AIC) was used to study the occasion of the model. The R software was used to analyze the data<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> Overweight levels for healthy men and women varied from 25.2 to 28.4 and 25.6 to 27.9, respectively. The levels of obesity varied from 27.8 to 30.3 in men and from 28.2 to 32.3 in women.
