fa بررسی وضعیت سرواپیدمیولوژی سیتومگالو ویروس در بیماران HIV مثبت استان یزد از سال 1381 لغایت 1394 Evaluation of CMV seroepidemiology in HIV positive patients in Yazd province during 2002-2015 بیماری های عفونی Infectious Diseases پژوهشي Original article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: درحال حاضر Cytomegalovirus (CMV) به عنوان یک عامل پاتوژن مهم در تمام گروه‌های سنی در کل دنیا شناخته می‌شود. CMV خود به تنهایی نیز می تواند باعث کاهش هرچه بیشتر پاسخ های لنفوسیت T شود. بنابراین CMV یک عامل مهم در مراحل پیشرفته ایدز محسوب میشود. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین وضعیت سرواپیدمیولوژی CMV در بیماران HIV مثبت در استان یزد می باشد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی به صورت سرشماری روی تمام پرونده‌های ثبت شده بیماران HIV مثبت در مرکز مشاوره بیماری های رفتاری استان یزد از سال1381 تا 1394 انجام گردید. اطلاعات بیماران شامل جنس، سال تولد، ملیت، تحصیلات، شغل، نحوه ابتلا به HIV، سطح شمارش CD4 خون، Anti CMV IgM و Anti CMV IgG  به صورت محرمانه و بدون ذکر نام بیماران از این پرونده‌ها استخراج و در فرم گردآوری داده که به همین منظور تنظیم شده بود، وارد شد. نرم افزار استفاده شده، SPSS 22 بود و تست آماری توصیفی استفاده شد. نتایج: از مجموع پرونده‌های 71 بیماری که مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، 45 نفر (38/63 درصد) آنها مرد و 26 نفر (61/36 درصد) زن بوده‌اند. 48 نفر 64-35 سال سن و 67 نفر تابعیت ایرانی داشته‌اند. سطح شمارش CD4 خون بیش از %80 از بیماران200 cell/µl تا بیش از500 cell/µl  بود. Anti CMV IgM درتمام بیماران مورد بررسی منفی و Anti CMV IgG نیز در تمامی بیماران مثبت بود. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد که تمامی بیماران HIV مثبت در تمامی گروه‌های سنی، به CMV آلوده بوده و البته هیچ گونه ارتباط معناداری بین جنس، سن، میزان تحصیلات، چگونگی ابتلا به HIV، سطح CD4 خون و میزان شیوع CMV یافت نشد.</div> <a name="_Toc472627750">Introduction: </a>Currently, cytomegalovirus (CMV) is recognized as an important pathogens in all age groups throughout the world. Living as group and lack of health facilitate the rapid spread of infection. CMV-reactive syndromes are commonly associated with the development of T-dependent immune deficiencies, such as those infected with HIV. The CMV alone can also reduce T lymphocyte responses. Therefore, CMV is an important factor in the advanced stages of AIDS. This study was performed to determine the seroepidemiological status of CMV in HIV positive patients in Yazd province. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was performed on all records of HIV-positive patients registered at the Behavioral Disease Advice Center of Yazd province from 2002 to 2015. Patients' information was extracted from the cases by sex, year of birth, nationality, education, occupation, HIV status, blood CD4, Anti CMV IgM and Anti CMV IgG level. Results: Out of 71 cases, 45 cases were male and 26 were female. 48 people aged 35-64 years old and 67 had Iranian nationality. Most of them are unemployed or housewives, and have a primary and secondary education. 90.2% of the patients were injection drug users and / or had unsafe sex contacts. Blood CD4 levels in more than 80% of patients were from 200 cells / μl to more than 500 cells / μl. Anti CMV IgM was negative in all patients and Anti CMV IgG was positive in all patients.
