fa شناسایی موضوعات نوظهور در حوزه ژنتیک: یک تحلیل علم‌سنجی سایر other پژوهشي Original article <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>ژنتیک، موضوع پراکنده‌ای مرتبط با تنوع و توارث در تمام موجودات زنده است. در این حوزه پژوهش‌های زیادی انجام گرفته‌است. شناسایی زمینه&shy;های پژوهشی فعال این حوزه و حدود موضوعاتی که در عرصه علمی که در چند ساله اخیر مطرح شده است، حائز اهمیت است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>پژوهش حاضر، با رویکرد علم‌سنجی به مطالعه تحولات موضوعی حوزه ژنتیک پرداخته‌است. 79593، 40184 و 97512 &nbsp;مقاله مرتبط با ژنتیک در وبگاه پاب‌مد به ترتیب مربوط به سه دوره زمانی پایه (2004-1909)، دوره 5 ساله (2009-2005) و دوره 10ساله (2014-2005) با استفاده از نرم افزارهای پری‌مپ (<span dir="LTR">PreMap</span>)، اکسل (<span dir="LTR">Excel</span>)و اس‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌پی‌اس‌‌‌‌‌اس (<span dir="LTR">SPSS</span>) تحلیل گردیده‌است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج: </strong>یافته&shy;های پژوهش نشانداد که روند رشد مقالات در حوزه ژنتیک در فاصله سال‌های&nbsp; 2005 تا 2014 دارای سیر صعودی بوده‌است. فعال‌ترین زمینه پژوهشی در این حوزه شامل ژنومیکس، پروتئومیکس، واکنش زنجیره<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ای پلیمراز (<span dir="LTR">PCR</span>) و فارماکوژنتیک ‌‌می‌باشد. همچنین براساس شاخص‌ دربردارندگی نشان‌داده‌شد که تحول در موضوعات بسیار بوده‌است و روز به روز موضوعات جدید به حوزه ژنتیک افزوده‌می‌شود.</p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه گیری: </span></strong><span dir="RTL">کشف روابط مفهومی میان مدارک یک حوزه علمی، فرایندی پیچیده است، لذا نتایج حاصل از آن نیز احتیاج به درکی عمیق دارد. رویکردهای کمی در مطالعات علمی، اگرچه کاستی‌هایی دارد و نمی‌تواند همه جانبه به تحلیل ابعاد مختلف موضوع بپردازد، اما بی‌فایده و غلط هم نیست و به سیاستگزاران و برنامه‌ریزان، شناختی کلی می‌دهد تا به وضعیت کنونی، اشراف پیدا کرده و بتوانند واقعی‌تر تصمیم بگیرند و کارآمدتر عمل‌کنند. روند ادامه این نوع پژوهش‌ها که با هدف ارزیابی یک حوزه علمی انجام ‌‌می‌گیرند در نهایت سبب تقویت مدیریت آن حوزه ‌‌می‌گردد</span></p> <p><strong><em>Introduction</em></strong></p> <p>Genetics is a broad issue which is associated with diversity and inheritance in all the living beings. Numerous researches have been implemented in this sphere. Meanwhile, significant steps have been taken during the past few years including identification of active research fields of the area as well as recognition of scientific literature in the sphere. This study, therefore, seeks to identify core and frequently-taken subjects as well as newly-emerged or emerging subjects in the area. &nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Methodology</em></strong></p> <p>The current research has focused on researches on thematic evolutions in the genetics area with a scientometric approach. As many as 79,593 articles on genetics on PubMed were analyzed over the base period (1909-2004) using Premap, Excel, and SPSS, while the figures are 40,184 and 97,512 for the five-year period (2005-2009) and ten-year period (2005-2014), respectively.</p> <p><strong><em>Findings</em></strong></p> <p>The findings revealed that growth rate for the number of articles on genetics has demonstrated an upward trend while genomics, proteomics, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and pharmacogenetics have been the most active research fields in the area. Moreover, based on inclusion index, it has been demonstrated that evolution has been abundantly seen and new subjects were born in the genetics area on a daily basis.</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion</em></strong></p> <p>It is a complicated process to discover conceptual relationships between the documents of a scientific area. Hence, the resulting conclusions naturally require a deep understanding. Quantitative approaches, despite having shortcomings and being unable to comprehensively analyze different aspects of the issue, are not entirely futile and inaccurate. But they can enable the policymakers to acquire a general knowledge of the current situation so that they can make more realistic decisions and operate more efficiently.
