fa بررسی تأثیر الگوی مراقبت پیگیر بر وضعیت سلامت اجتماعی مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران تحت عمل جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Original article <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> مراقبت از بیمار مزمن باعث فشار یا بار مراقبتی، کاهش زمان برای فعالیت‌های معمول و مراقبت از خود، همچنین موجب کاهش سازگاری در مقابله با استرس‌ها و اختلال در سلامت جسمی و روانی، عاطفی، اجتماعی و رفاه مالی مراقبین می‌گردد، لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تأثیر الگوی مراقبت پیگیر بر وضعیت سلامت اجتماعی مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران تحت عمل جراحی عروق کرونر انجام گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تک گروهی است. نمونه‌های پژوهش 48 مراقب خانوادگی بیماران تحت عمل جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیکی و پرسشنامه استاندارد بار مراقبتی نواک و گست می‌باشد که در ابتدا و 8 هفته پس از مداخله اندازه‌گیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی(تی زوجی و آنالیز کوواریانس) توسط نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 16 صورت گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتایج:</strong> میانگین نمرات بار مراقبتی مربوط به حیطه اجتماعی قبل از مداخله 11/6 &plusmn; 86/3 و بعد از مداخله 33/2&plusmn;81/1 بود. در بررسی ابعادی پنج گانه بار مراقبتی، الگوی مراقبت پیگیر بر روی همه ابعاد بار مراقبتی تأثیر داشت و باعث کاهش بار مراقبتی مربوط به تمامی ابعاد شده است به طوری که حیطه اجتماعی نیز کاهش چشم‌گیری داشته است(01/0<span dir="LTR">p<</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> اجرای الگوی مراقبت پیگیر به عنوان مداخله‌ای ارزان و در دسترس می‌تواند گام مؤثری در کاهش بار مراقبتی مراقبین بیماران مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر در بعد وضعیت سلامت اجتماعی محسوب گردد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Introduction:</em></strong> Chronic patient care causes &nbsp;some problems, including pressure or burden of care, reducing the time for routine activities and self care, also causes compatibility decline in deal with stress and disorders of physical and mental health, emotional, social and financial prosperity of caregivers. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of continuous care model on social health status of&nbsp; family caregivers in patients &nbsp;underwent coronary artery bypass surgeries.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> This study was &nbsp;one-group clinical trial research, the samples consisted 48 family caregiver of&nbsp; the patients &nbsp;underwent coronary artery bypass graft &nbsp;surgeries, who &nbsp;were selected using purposive sampling method. Data collection tools included the standard questionnaire Data collection tool was Novak and Guest caring burden inventory (CBI) s as well as demographic questionnaire, which &nbsp;was &nbsp;measured at the baseline and 8 weeks after intervention. &nbsp;Data were analyzed using&nbsp; descriptive&nbsp; and analytic statistic (paired t-test, and covariance analysis) with SPSS version 16.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> The mean score of &nbsp;caring burden realated&nbsp; to&nbsp; the social health status before intervention was 3.86&plusmn;6.11 and after intervention was 1.81&plusmn;2.33.
