fa بررسی تاثیر دهان‌شویه بره موم در درمان موکوزیت ناشی از شیمی درمانی دندانپزشکی Dental کارآزمایی بالینی clinical trial <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> نظر به اینکه موکوزیت دهانی ناشی از شیمی درمانی عارضه‌ای دردناک و ناراحت‌کننده است و روی کیفیت زندگی بیمار و تحمل بیمار برای ادامه درمان تاثیر می‌گذارد، لذا درمان این مشکل حائز اهمیت می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر دهان‌شویه بره موم در درمان موکوزیت ناشی از شیمی درمانی صورت گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی دوسو کور بود که روی 40 نفر بیمار بالغ تحت شیمی درمانی در بخش خون و انکولوژی بیمارستان شهید صدوقی یزد انجام شد. این تعداد بیمار به طور تصادفی به دو گروه مورد و شاهد 20 نفره تقسیم شدند. در گروه مورد دهان‌شویه بره موم(شرکت سورن تک توس مشهد، عصاره 30% ) و در گروه کنترل دهان‌شویه پلاسبو، یک پیمانه 3 بار در روز از زمان تشخیص موکوزیت به مدت هفت روز داده شد و <span dir="LTR">grade</span> موکوزیت و وسعت زخم در روز اول، سوم و هفتم ثبت شدند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده&nbsp; توسط نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS 17</span> و با آزمون‌های <span dir="LTR">Friedman</span> و <span dir="LTR">Mann &ndash;whitaney</span> و <span dir="LTR">Wilcoxon W</span> آنالیز شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج:</strong> یافته‌ها نشان داد که در روز سوم و هفتم در مقایسه دو گروه مورد و شاهد درجه موکوزیت و وسعت زخم در بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌داری داشتند. بر اساس تست <span dir="LTR">Friedman</span> در گروه کنترل و مورد، وسعت زخم و درجه موکوزیت در سه بازه زمانی تفاوت معنی‌داری داشتند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>با توجه به نتایج حاصل به نظر می‌رسد دهان‌شویه بره موم در درمان موکوزیت نقش بسیار موثری داشته و به عنوان دارویی مناسب جهت رفع علائم موکوزیت و کاهش زخم‌های دهانی توصیه می‌شود.</p> <p><strong><em>Introduction: </em></strong>Chemotherapy-induced oral mucositis is regarded as a painful and discomforting chemotherapy complication , affecting patient&rsquo;s quality of life and endurance to continue the treatment. Hence, treatment of mucositis is of great significance. The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of Baremoom mouthwash in treatment of chemotherapy-induced mucositis <span dir="RTL">.</span></p> <p><strong><em>Methods: </em></strong>This interventional double-blinded randomized clinical trial study was performed on 40 adult patients under chemotherapy in blood and oncology department of Shahid Sadouqhi hospital. The total of 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups: an experimental baremoom group and a control placebo group each containing 20 subjects. Baremoom mouthwash (30% extract, Soren Tektoos, Mashhad) and placebo mouthwash ( Sterile water with allowable additives ,Soren Tektoos, Mashhad ) with same apparent properties were given to the patients (3 times a day) for 7 days after mucositis detection. The patients were evaluated in regard with mucositis grade (0-4 WHO) and wounds extension on 1th , 3th and 7th days after the study begining. In order to statistically analyze the collected data, Freidman, Mann&ndash;Whitney, and wilcoxon W tests were applied utilizing SPSS software (ver, 17).</p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> On 3^rd &nbsp;and 7^th &nbsp;days, mean degree of wound extension and mucositis were demonstrated to be significantly different between the two groups. According to Friedman test, both experimental and control groups revealed a significant difference in regard with wound extension and mucositis grade within the three time periods.</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> The study findings indicated that Baremoom mouthwash was more effective in chemotherapy- induced mucositis than placebo.
