fa بررسی تأثیر مراقبت آغوشی مادر و نوزاد بر روی پیامدهای نوزادی در نوزاد نارس سایر other پژوهشي Original article <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> یکی از بهترین و مؤثرترین راه‌ها برای جلوگیری از آسیب‌ها و صدمات ناشی از بستری شدن نوزاد نارس، درگیر شدن فعال والدین در مراقبت از نوزاد می‌باشد<span dir="LTR">.</span> مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر مراقبت آغوشی مادر و نوزاد بر روی پیامدهای نوزادی در نوزادان نارس در بیمارستان کوثر انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش </strong><strong>بررسی</strong><strong>:</strong> این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- مقایسه‌ای (مورد-شاهدی) بر روی 400 زن نخست‌زای دارای نوزاد نارس بستری شده در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه نوزادان در بیمارستان کوثر شهر قزوین در سال 93-1392 انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری به روش آسان بود. نمونه‌ها به دو گروه 200‌تایی دارای مراقبت هم‌آغوشی و گروه غیر مراقبت هم‌آغوشی تقسیم شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، چک لیست محقق ساخته شامل اطلاعات فردی مادر و پیامدهای نوزادی بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های کای دو، تی مستقل و مدل لجستیک رگرسیون استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج:</strong> نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که پیامدهای نوزادی مانند وزنگی‌ای نوزاد، تعداد دفعات شیردهی، طول مدت بستری نوزاد، بستری مجدد، نیاز به انکوباتور و اکسیژن کمکی، بروز عفونت بیمارستانی و بروز زردی و افت قند خون در گروه مورد به طور معنی‌داری پایین‌تر بود؛ اما بین بروز خونریزی داخل بطنی و بروز سندرم زجر تنفسی نوزاد در افراد بین دو گروه تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. همچنین بین متغیرهای مادری و پیامدهای نوزادی در گروه مورد ارتباط معنی‌داری یافت شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> مراقبت هم‌آغوشی مادر و نوزاد دارای اثرات مثبتی بر روی پیامدهای نوزادی هست؛ بنابراین حمایت و افزایش آگاهی مادران دارای نوزاد نارس در راستای اجرای این نوع مراقبت‌ها می‌تواند از عوارض نوزادی بکاهد<span dir="LTR">.</span> همچنین در کاهش هزینه‌های درمانی مؤثر باشد.</p> <p><strong><em>Introduction:</em></strong> Involving the parents in caring of premature newborns is one of the best and effective manners for preventing the hospitalization of premature newborns. The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of mother &ndash; baby skin- to- skin care on neonatal outcomes in preterm infants, in Kosar hospital.</p> <p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> This was a descriptive comparative study conducted on 400 nulliparous women with premature infants admitted to neonatal intensive care unit of Kosar hospital during April 2012 and March 2015. Sampling was performed via convenience sampling. Sample population divided into two groups, one of them 200, the kangaroo care and non- care groups. The data were obtained by a researcher prepared check list, including mother&rsquo;s demographic characteristics and neonatal outcomes. Both descriptive and statistical analysis methods were applied. For analyzing the data, chi-square test, t-test, and logistic regression tests was applied (P <0.05).</p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> The results showed that neonatal outcomes such as birth weight, frequency of breastfeeding, length of hospitalization of infants, re<span dir="RTL">-</span>admission, needing incubator and oxygen aid, hospital acquired infections, jaundice and hypoglycemia were significantly lower in the intervention group (P<0<span dir="RTL">.</span>05). But the incidence of intraventricular hemorrhage and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome in participants between the two groups were not statistically significant (P >0.05). In the intervention group, the relationship between maternal variables and neonatal outcome was significant (P <0.05).</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> Mother &ndash; baby skin- to- skin care has a positive effect on neonatal outcomes. Thus, supporting and awareness of premature infants&rsquo; mothers in order to implement this type of care can reduce the neonatal complications.
