fa بررسی ایمنی لاپاروسکوپی اسلیوگاستروکتومی درمقایسه با دو روش لاپاروسکوپی رو–ان-وای گاستریک بای پاس و لاپاروسکوپی گاستریک باندینگ درافراد با چاقی مفرط: مرور نظام‌مند جراحی Surgery مروری Review article <p dir="RTL">مقدمه: لاپاروسکوپی رو-ان-وای گاستریک بای‌پاس و گاستریک باندینگ، عمومی‌ترین روش‌های جراحی باریاتریک می‌باشند. هدف این مطالعه مقایسه ایمنی روش جدیدتر لاپاروسکوپی اسلیو گاسترکتومی با دو روش دیگر می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> مرور نظام‌مندی با جستجو در مهمترین و مناسب‌ترین پایگاه‌های داده‌ای <span dir="LTR">,Cochrane  library  , Pubmed</span> <span dir="LTR">Medline</span> <span dir="LTR">Ovid</span> و سایت‌های ایرانی <span dir="LTR">Sid</span> <span dir="LTR"> Magiran , Iranmedex ,</span>، بدون محدودیت زمانی انجام گرفت. سپس نتایج مقالات منتخب، طبقه‌بندی و تجزیه و تحلیل شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج:</strong> از 384 مقاله یافت شده در جستجو، تعداد 4 مقاله کارآزمایی بالینی وارد مطالعه شدند. درمقایسه دو روش رو–ان-وای گاستریک بای‌پاس و اسلیو گاسترکتومی، گزارشی از مرگ ارائه نشد. در مقایسه گاستریک باندینگ و رو–ان-وای گاستریک بای‌پاس در هرگروه، یک مورد مرگ مشاهده شد. در خصوص عوارض بین دو روش اسلیو گاسترکتومی و رو–ان-وای گاستریک بای‌پاس، در گروه رو–ان-وای گاستریک بای‌پاس، عوارض زودرس 10 درصد و در اسلیو گاسترکتومی 13 درصد بیان شد که تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری نداشت. در مقایسه گاستریک باندینگ و رو–ان-وای گاستریک بای‌پاس، رخداد عوارض زودرس و دیررس در گروه گاستریک بای‌پاس بالاتر بود اما به لحاظ آماری، تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نگردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به اینکه در این مطالعه، از جنبه ایمنی، تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری دراین روش‌ها مشاهده نشد، در نتیجه، انتخاب و موفقیت روش‌های جراحی باریاتریک، بستگی به ترجیحات بیمار و جراح خواهد داشت.</p> <p dir="RTL"> </p> <p style="text-align: left"><strong><em>Introduction:</em></strong> Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding are the most common bariatric surgery procedures. Therefore, this study aims to compare the safety of the newer procedure of Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy compared to Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and Laparoscopic adjustable gastric bonding.</p> <p style="text-align: left"><strong><em>Method:</em></strong> A systematic review was conducted on the most important and most relevant search data bases, including Cochrane library, Pubmed, Ovid Medline as well as Iranian sites of Magiran , Iranmedex , SID, not taking the time limit into consideration. The results found in the literature were classified and were then analyzed.</p> <p style="text-align: left"><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> Out of 384 articles obtained in the search, 4 randomized clinical trials (RCT) were included in this study. There were no reports of death comparing surgical procedures of Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy. Moreover, in adjustable gastric banding and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass comparison, one death was observed in each group. Regarding the side effects of Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy, 10% early complications were reported in the Roux-en-Y gastric  bypass group , and 13% were observed in the sleeve gastrectomy group between which no statistically significant difference was revealed. The comparison between adjustable gastric banding and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass demonstrated that the occurrence of early and late complications was reported to be higher in the gastric bypass group, though no statistically significant difference was observed.</p> <p style="text-align: left"><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> The present study findings demonstrated no statistically significant difference between these methods in regard with the safety aspect.
