fa بررسی اثر آموزش بهداشت دهان و دندان بر شاخص پلاکی دندانی آموزش بهداشت Health education کارآزمایی بالینی clinical trial <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>آگاهی از بوی بد دهان به صورت یک ابزار انگیزش موجب بهبود رفتارهای مربوط به سلامت دهان شود. هدف اصلی از این مطالعه، مقایسه آموزش بهداشت با موضوعات مختلف آموزشی پیرامون سلامت دهان و دندان و بررسی پایداری اثر این روش‌ها در ارتقاء سلامت دهان بوده است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> 161 نفر(76 دختر، 85 پسر) دانش‌آموز اول دبیرستان از مدارس دولتی یزد به صورت تصادفی به سه گروه تقسیم شدند: گروه 1- آموزش بهداشت دهان و دندان+آموزش راجع به بوی بد دهان(گروه بوی بد دهان)، گروه 2- آموزش بهداشت دهان و دندان+آموزش راجع به پوسیدگی دندان و بیماری‌های لثه(گروه سنتی)، گروه 3- آموزش بهداشت دهان و دندان(گروه کنترل). شاخص پلاک قبل از مداخله، دو هفته و دو ماه بعد از مداخله اندازه‌گیری و تغییرات آن در طول زمان ثبت شد. با استفاده از آزمون<span dir="LTR">square(bonferroni adjustment)</span> <span dir="LTR">chi-</span> و <span dir="LTR">&nbsp;Paired t</span>و <span dir="LTR">McNemar </span>&nbsp;و <span dir="LTR">Kruskal-Wallis</span> داده‌ها آنالیز شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتایج:</strong> تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری میان گروه بوی بد دهان و گروه سنتی وجود نداشت. اما هر دو گروه تفاوت قابل ملاحظه‌ای با گروه کنترل داشتند(003/0، 002/0<span dir="LTR">P-value:</span>). تغییرات مثبت در گروه بوی بد دهان به خصوص در دختران ماندگارتر از بقیه گروه‌ها بود<br> (004/0<span dir="LTR">p-value:</span>)<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>آموزش بهداشت دهان و دندان به همراه آموزش راجع به بوی بد دهان، پوسیدگی و بیماری لثه در ارتقاء سطح بهداشت دانش‌آموزان اول دبیرستانی یزد تاثیر بیشتری دارد. همچنین آموزش راجع به بوی بد دهان ماندگاری اثر بیشتری دارد. بنابراین گنجاندن این شیوه آموزش در برنامه‌های آموزشی مدارس پیشنهاد می‌شود.</p> <p><strong><em>Introduction :</em></strong> Oral malodor can be used as a motivational tool to improve oral health-related behaviors. The present study aimed to compare oral health training on the dental plaque index.</p> <p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> In the current study, 161 ( 76 females, 85 male) grade-one high school students from public schools of Yazd were divided into three groups : 1 &ndash; Oral health training + oral malodor training ( halitosis group), 2&ndash; oral health training + training of dental caries and periodontal diseases ( traditional groups),<br> 3- oral health training (control group ). Two weeks and two months after the intervention, plaque index was measured. Positive and negative changes were recorded over time, and then, the study data were analyzed using Chi-square (bonferroni adjustment), McNemar, Kruskal-Wallis &nbsp;and Paired t-Test.</p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> The study results revealed no significant differences between the&nbsp; halitosis group and the traditional group, though both had a significant difference with the control group. Positive changes in halitosis group especially within girls were held to be more durable compared to the other groups.</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> Oral health training accompanging training of oral malodor, tooth decay and periodontal disease seems to be more effective on health promotion of senior high school students in Yazd. Furthermore, oral malodor training produces more durable effects.
