fa نقش مراقبت از دهان در پیشگیری از پنومونی ناشی از ونتیلاتور: یک مطالعه مروری پرستاری Nursing مروری Review article <p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> <strong> مقدمه </strong>:<strong> </strong>پنومونی ناشی از ونتیلاتور شایع­ترین عفونت بیمارستانی در میان بیماران تهویه مکانیکی در بخش­های مراقبت­های ویژه است. پنومونی ناشی از ونتیلاتور همراه با افزایش ابتلاء، مرگ و میر بیمارستانی، مدت زمان بستری و هزینه­های مراقبت سلامت می­باشد. بهداشت دهان می­تواند با بیماری شدید و تهویه مکانیکی به خطر بیافتد و با گذشت زمان بدتر شود. رابطه­ای بین وضعیت بهداشت دهان و پنومونی ناشی از ونتیلاتور وجود دارد که این موضوع تحت تأثیر مراقبت پرستاری است. تجمع باکتری در اوروفارنکس عامل خطر اصلی ایجادکننده پنومونی ناشی از ونتیلاتور است. همچنین پلاک­های میکروبی می­تواند زیستگاهی برای میکروارگانیسم­های مسئول پنومونی ناشی از ونتیلاتور باشند. مراقبت از دهان در بیماران بدحال موضوع مهمی است و پرستاران مراقبت­های ویژه نقش کلیدی را در پیشگیری پنومونی ناشی از ونتیلاتور ایفا می­کنند. آموزش­ها برای همه پرستاران مراقبت­های ویژه باید بر روی عامل خطر و مداخلات پیشگیرانه متمرکز باشد. هدف از مطالعه مروری حاضر با تمرکز بر مراقبت دهان در پیشگیری از پنومونی ناشی از ونتیلاتور می­باشد. </p> Introduction: Ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) is the most common nosocomial infection reported among mechanical ventilation patients in intensive care units(ICU). Ventilator-associated pneumonia is associated with increased morbidity, mortality hospital, length of stay and health care costs. Oral health can be compromised by critical illness and by mechanical ventilation and thus, it deteriorates over time. A relationship exists between oral health status and VAP that is influenced by nursing care. Oropharynx colonization is the main risk factor for the development of VAP. Also dental plaques can provide a habitat for microorganisms responsible for VAP. Oral care in critically ill patients is an important issue and nurses of intensive cares play a key role in preventing VAP. Educations for all nurses of intensive cares should focus on the risk factors for VAP as well as onthe preventive interventions.
