fa تأثیر ویتامین D بر خشکی و رنگ پریدگی مخاط واژن زنان و زایمان Obstetrics کارآزمایی بالینی clinical trial مقدمه: پس از شروع یائسگی وکاهش استروژن، خشکی واژن یکی از مشکلات شایع زنان می باشد. تجویز دارو، به طور موقت علائم آن را کاهش می‌دهد، اما دریافت دراز مدت دارو برای بیشتر زنان امکان پذیر نخواهد بود. در این مطالعه تأثیر شیاف ویتامین D بر خشکی واژن در زنان یائسه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تعداد 44 نفر زن یائسه به طور تصادفی به دو گروه مساوی درمان و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه درمان، شیاف واژینال ویتامین D و گروه کنترل، شیاف پلاسبو دریافت کردند. میزان خشکی و رنگ پریدگی در اولین ملاقات، در پایان هفته‌های 2، 4 و 8 معاینه و ثبت گردید. همچنین میانگین بلوغ سلول‌های پارابازال مخاط واژن در شروع مطالعه و در پایان هشتمین هفته با تهیه اسمیر بررسی گردید. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری تی مستقل و من ویتنی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج: میانگین شدت خشکی در گروه‌های درمان و کنترل در پایان هفته هشتم به ترتیب؛ 5/0±42/1 و 76/0±09/2 و میانگین رنگ پریدگی 62/0±9/1 و 67/0±8/2 بود (05/0p<). درپایان هفته هشتم میانگین سلول‌های پارابازال مخاط واژن در گروه درمان به طور قابل توجهی در قیاس با گروه کنترل کاهش یافته بود. نتیجه‌گیری: شیاف واژینال ویتامین D در بهبود خشکی و رنگ پریدگی و در تکثیر سلول‌های سطحی مخاط واژن در زنان یائسه مؤثر است. Introduction: Vaginal dryness is a common symptom after menopause and reduction of estrogen levels. Prescription of the drug can temporarily be effective but it will not be possible for most of the women to take them for a prolonged period of time. Therefore, as an alternative to estrogen replacement, this study was conducted to determine the effect of vitamin D on vaginal dryness in menopause women. Methods: In the present double-blind clinical trial study, forty-four women were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group received the vitamin D vaginal suppository, and the control group received placebo vaginal suppository in an 8-week period. The vaginal paleness and dryness were assessed in first, 2, 4 and 8 weeks of visit. The mean of maturation index of parabasal cells were measured in the beginning of the study as well as at the end of the eighth week. The Mann-whitney and independent T-test were utilized in order to analyze the data. Results: The mean of vaginal dryness in treatment and control groups were (Mean ± SD), 1.42±0.5, 2.09±0.76, respectively, at the end of eighth week (P<0.05). Mann Whitney test determined a significant difference (P<0.05) of vaginal palenss in the treatment group (1.9±0.62) compared to the control group (2.8±o.67). The mean of parabasal cells in the treatment group decreased significantly compare to the control group.
