fa بررسی تاثیر آموزش مراقبت از دست ها بر بدشکلی و اختلال در محدوده حرکات طبیعی آنها در بیماران مبتلا به سوختگی دست پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Original article مقدمه: با توجه به تأثیر سوختگی دست‌ها در ایجاد ناتوانی‌های مزمن، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش مراقبت از دست‌ها بر بدشکلی و اختلال در محدوده حرکات طبیعی دست‌ها در مبتلایان به سوختگی دست‌ها انجام شد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش یک کارآزمایی بالینی است. عامل مداخله آن آموزش مراقبت از دست و دارای گروه مداخله و کنترل می‌باشد. تعداد 60 نمونه (30 کنترل و 30 مداخله) به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. گروه مداخله تحت اجرای برنامه طراحی شده در زمینه مراقبت از دست‌های مبتلا به سوختگی قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مشتمل بر یک سیاهه وارسی مشاهده‌ای مربوط به تعیین بدشکلی دست‌ها و یک پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناسی بیماران ‌بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS انجام شد. نتایج: آزمون آماری کای اسکوئر نشان داد اختلاف معنی‌دار آماری بین دو گروه مداخله و کنترل در انجام اکثر حرکات طبیعی دست مانند توانایی خم کردن مچ (001/0=p)، توانایی چرخش مچ (019/0p=) و نیز بعضی از انواع بدشکلی مانند دست پنجه‌ای (02/0=p)، چسبندگی (01/0=p) و دست چنگکی (02/0=p) وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: اجرای آموزش مدون مراقبت از دست‌ها بر کاهش بعضی از انواع بدشکلی‌های مرتبط با سوختگی دست‌ها و نیز کاهش اشکالات مرتبط با محدوده حرکتی دست‌ها در بیماران مبتلا مؤثر است و لازم است پرستاران در مراقبت از این بیماران به این امر توجه بیشتری نمایند. Introduction: Hand burn is a common and considerable cause of chronic disabilities, since it mostly causes functional disorders like a range of motion defects in hands. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of education regarding hand-burn caring on deformity as well as the range of motion disorders in hand- burn patients admitted to Shahid Motahari hospital in Tehran. Methods: This study is a clinical trial conducted on sixty burn patients. The subjects were randomly assigned into experimental and control groups. A systematic education program was implemented on the experimental group regarding how to care hand burn. The research data was gleaned by an observational checklist of hand deformity as well as a demographic questionnaire. The research data was analyzed via SPSS software version 10. Results: Majority of patients were male aged 15-25 years with primary education who were village residents in a low economic status. The most common cause of burning was benzene with total burn surface %45- 36% . The study results revealed that the implementation of hand care educational program for hand burn patients was statistically effective on the hand deformity. Conclution: Implementing programs of hand burn is recommended to reduce the functional problems of the hand after burning.
