fa اثربخشی درمان شناختی- رفتاری بر نگرش های ناکارآمد در بیماران مبتلا به صرع عمومى General پژوهشي Original article مقدمه: صرع یک بیماری مغزی است که با پیامدهای نوروبیولوژیک، شناختی، روانشناختی و اجتماعی بسیاری برای مبتلایان همراه است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری در اصلاح نگرش‌های ناکارآمد بیماران مبتلا به صرع صورت گرفت. روش بررسی: 20 نفر بیمار مبتلا به صرع به تصادف در دو گروه آزمایش(10 نفر) و گواه (10نفر) قرار گرفتند. درمان شناختی رفتاری طی 8 جلسه هفتگی با تاکید بر بازسازی شناختی، اصلاح تحریفات شناختی و آموزش تکنیک‌های رفتاری برای گروه آزمایش به کار گرفته شد. مقیاس نگرش‌های ناکارآمد به عنوان پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و در مرحله پیگیری برای هر دو گروه به کار برده شد سپس داده‌ها با روش تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: تحلیل‌ها نشان داد که میانگین نمرات مقیاس نگرش‌های ناکارآمد در گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل در مرحله پس آزمون و پیگیری کاهش معناداری داشته است(05/0.(P< نتیجه‌گیری: درمان شناختی رفتاری در اصلاح نگرش‌های ناکارآمد بیماران مبتلا به صرع دارای کارایی قابل ملاحظه‌ای می‌باشد. Introduction: Epilepsy is a brain disorder that has neurobiological, cognitive, psychological, and social consequences for affected patients. The purpose of this research was to determine the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) on modification of dysfunctional attitudes in patients with epilepsy. Methods: In the study, 20 epileptic patients were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. CBT during 8 weekly sessions was applied for the experimental group with a focus on cognitive restructuring, modification of cognitive distortions and training of behavioral techniques. Dysfunctional attitudes scale(DAS) was applied as the pre-test, post- test and in the follow- up for both groups. Analysis of covariance was applied for analysis of data. Results: Data analysis showed that the mean scores of DAS in the experimental group as compared to the control group was significantly increased during post-test and follow-up(p<.05).
